The office staff are always so friendly and kind. The amount of time and energy they have put into learning everyone's names, asking how everything is, and even adding extra amenities like printing, carts, a small business table, dog treats, and toys, based on everyone's requests, is what makes this community so unique. The team says hi to everyone who walks through the doors, and I have never once walked through without my dog trying to say hi to them. 10/10 would recommend for anyone trying to live here.

Coleman house is a beautiful perfectly located apartment complex with gorgeous amenities and friendly staff. My favorite thing about living here is the diverse community and access to North Davidson Street as well as the light rail and sprouts. The cost in comparison to where I lived previously in South end is lower and I have more space. I would highly recommend!
