Property Ratings at Cullman House
Coleman house is a beautiful perfectly located apartment complex with gorgeous amenities and friendly staff. My favorite thing about living here is the diverse community and access to North Davidson Street as well as the light rail and sprouts. The cost in comparison to where I lived previously in South end is lower and I have more space. I would highly recommend!

Hands down the best apartment experience I have had in Charlotte. The building is high quality, clean, and safe. The finishes and amenities are superb, and the staff at Cullman house have all been inviting and knowledgeable. The location is vibrant and a great place to be.
