I like living in here despite some minor inconveniences The environment is very good. lots of trees, nice to walk around, pet friendly, and people are nice. The living place is simple yet elegant, very cozy, and having your own garage is a big plus to me. They sometimes will host some interesting events, and I enjoy them. However, the policy is what I don't like, too many tedious rules. For example, It requires residents to move their cars every 3 days, and they will put a sticker on your car to warn you if you don't. They also shut down the car washing station due to some policy. Luckily, they start to chill down a bit and won't put stickers on your car every now and then.. Overall I would say the living experience is better than most apartments out there.

Safe and secure Amazing place to live ,quiet and country atmosphere in a big city. Only downside was having people walk their dogs up to my patio to relieve themselves, both bodily functions. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed and they’re was a lot of pot smoking, but of course that is a part of apartment living. The management and maintenance were fabulous. I would recommend this place 100%

For some inexplicable reason, my power went out Saturday afternoon sometime while I was out of town. I mentioned it to Justin and he said he'd take a look at it, but in the meantime, Kelsey in the main office submitted a work request for me and the next thing. I know it's being repaired and he did a great job. It only took him 10 minutes to figure it out, put in a replacement and had me up and running again. And he was very polite and very thoughtful.

A cabin in the woods experience! The surrounding trees, with the squirrels and the birds around make us feel we are in the woods. Our family members like that we have enjoyed wood fires together for the holidays and when I stand on my back deck, I feel like I am in a tree house.

Heater fixed. Heater went out for a few days, I submitted a maintenance request and they arrived the same day. I came home to a fixed heater and now my home is toasty.

Nice place to call home I lived here for about 6 years and was very happy with the complex. Management was always friendly and helpful and maintenance was alway fast, professional, friendly, and generally awesome. The complex is well kept and maintained. My one gripe is the constant yearly price increases in rent to the tune of $100 per year when it comes time to renew.. Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice complex to call home...

To all tenants leaving, don't be surprised to get a letter from collections for your last "utility bill". After turning in our keys and assuring we were paid up, my wife and I received a letter almost 2 months later, from collections for our last month's "utility bill." What utility bill!?, the electric is in your name.. the only thing I could think of is the pro rated trash and water that's included in your rent!!!! With no access to the payment portal being we were no longer residents, there was no way to know..... Ontop of that, management at Terra made no attempt to notify us of the bill due. No mail, no phone call, no email....Nothing! Their logic was to go straight to collections. For those interested in Terra, look elsewhere. This place went downhill after management changed. In regards to the apartments, they are getting long in the tooth. While the are alright, they do need to be updated. The winter is the worse as the windows leak heat and are extremely drafty. The apartments need more insulation. The heaters are electric, expect your electric bill to be high in the colder months. The grounds are nice, but pale to what they use to be. Before many of the residents had flower beds and each area was unique....not anymore being new management has cracked down.

I've lived at Crystal Creek for a year, and I can honestly say, hands-down, it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I'm actually sad I'm having to leave it to move back to my hometown to help my Mom with her declining health. I've wished I could just teleport my apartment to Texas! Everything from my move-in to my year-long stay, to my move-out has gone so smoothly. The office staff is always so kind and helpful. Tracy has worked here for like 20 years or something, and she's always been so upbeat and friendly. They really do all they can to care for their residents and get things worked out. I think as long as you're a good person and resident, you won't have any problems or issues ever. I LOVE the on-site 24-hour fitness center, hot tub, sauna, and pool. I like that you can still visit the hot tub during the cold months. I've barely had any maintenance issues while here, but when I did they were very swift to come and fix things. I like that you can easily schedule your requests/issues on their online portal, as well as pay your rent online if you like. It's optional, and a great option when you're out of town on the 1st of the month when rents are due! The place is so quiet (usually) and very beautiful. You feel like you're living in a serene forest. The only noise I ever hear is an occasional air plane, far-away car engine, or their once-a-week lawn care team. The community is composed of mainly families with kids, and elderly retirees. It feels very safe, and I've heard of zero crime incidents while here. The only problem I ever really had was getting annoyed that sometimes people's guests will park in front of garages and block me getting in and out. But that was rare. I highly recommend the community. It's a bit pricey, but the amenities and peacefulness, and safety are worth every penny. xoxoxo A

Rental agents have recently changed. The new one seems to be decidedly anti-pet. For the moment I cannot recommend living here if you have pets. The grounds and the apartments themselves are nice though!

Drove over an hour to come and view these apartments for a 1 bedroom because I have to move and they had 3 available now so I figured I would come up here and view them and see what they looked like and as soon as I entered the office and asked about a 1 bedroom the lady said we don’t have any but they add says they have 3 available now so I wasted a huge majority of my day driving an hour away from my house and other apartments I was planing on looking at today just because someone can’t update their add regularly so people know what’s available and what’s not, thanks for nothing.

Beware, they will completely screw you out of your deposits. Very cheaply renovated over 10 years ago. You can hear everything that goes on in the complex, it echo's. Grounds are dry and dying everywhere except the office area. People cut thru the complex from the back to the front, no security. Backs up to a park with known drug dealing. Maintenance fixes thing half-assed. Staff is rude and know it all. They make fun of the tenants when they think no one is listening.

I thought these reviews were for people that have lived in the apartments, but judging from the many reviews that were apparently written by employees or marketers working for the apartment companies, I think it's probably ok to review my experience calling Crystal Creek Apartments. I called to ask if there were any available apartments, and was connected to what was obviously a call center. I asked if there were any available apartments for the middle of the month. The sales rep spent 10 minutes asking me questions about what I want in an apartment, why am I moving, why not renew my lease, etc. He described some of the features of the place, which I already knew, because we were both looking at the same floorplan. Finally, after 15 minutes or so he informed me that the a one bedroom cost $1035 and that there may be one available within 30-45 days, maybe. I told him that the advertised price for the smallest one bedroom was $790, but he said that was incorrect. I informed him that the info on Apartments.com was incorrect and that it needed to be fixed. All in all it was a very frustrating experience. Be aware that the information posted on here may not be correct, and that you will not be talking to the complex when you call. I assume it is up to the apartment company to keep the prices and availability updated.

Out of the way complex with lot's of character and style. Surrounded by trees and landscaped so impeccably you hardly notice the lovely pool and clubhouse. Do you like to garden? Chances are there is a spot for you to cultivate your favorite flowers, many of the residents maintain their own extensive greenery. I rarely hear my neighbors and the parking is plentiful. Office staff is helpful and responsive. I've been here almost two months and I am very happy.

We are a young couple and these are the best apartments! The environment is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. The staff is wonderful. The complex is in a perfect area near everything but is also surrounded by trees so it is beautiful and very quiet. Not many children but still kid friendly. The pool is great and the wading pool is perfect for our son. Walking distance from a nice park. I highly recommend!!!
