The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crown Pointe
Trash situation is horrible especially now that it burned down! They haven’t even fixed the situation. Good luck having guest over because there is only like 6 spots. Ants are a big issue and the amount of mold is unsafe. Everything breaks due to all the stuff being old which seems funny to me that they want to increase them to a ridiculous amount now. Apartment was given to us dirty, yet they expect you to pay a cleaning fee when you move out. Whenever you try and ask for help management replies with an attitude & it doesn’t make you feel welcomed. Online packages will go missing quite frequently!
Been here just over a year unfortunately! We had to sign another lease because moving at that time would have been impossible for us financially. They raised the rent and we have yet to get the new appliances we were promised when we signed our first lease over a year ago. (Aside from the dishwasher cuz it broke) my car window was broken and items were stolen in the middle of the day in the parking lot. Parking is a nightmare. Zero guest parking. And if u do want a spot. You have to pay an additional fee. I hate this place and am dreading having to stay another year! Don’t do it! Renton has become overrun with people on drugs, way over priced and overpopulated. Only good thing is how central it is

Hi, We appreciate you taking the time to share details of your experience at Crown Pointe; We are sincerely sorry it hasn't been more positive and would love the opportunity to improve. Please reach out to our team at WeCare@udr.com with additional information so we can look into what has occurred and assist you! Kind regards, Rachel C.
If you like having your money stolen from your pocket, live here. Not only did we have to bite tooth and nail to get all the issues taken care of (horrible water damage, the wall was literally crumbling, ants, the carpet wasn't put in right so we were stepping on nails.. The list goes on) the parking is the worst, the amenities are always 'shut down for maintenance' and not to mention the rat population in the trash area.. Worst place I've ever lived. Good luck to those who sign a contract, get ready to be charged for every little thing. (Even the issues you asked them to fix) The management is very nice, but in the end its about money to them and they'll say something to your face but turn around and do something completely different.
The community feeling here is great. My son has made neighbor friends. We've enjoyed the pool all summer and Jessie in Management is amazing. He makes sure to take care of any problems we have right away and follows up with us afterwards. Maintenance has come on time and worked quickly any time I've sent a request. My only complaint is how the neighbors treat the trash area, but even that gets dealt with in a timely manner.
The Crown Pointe apartments are amazing. The staff is incredibly receptive and issues get resolved quickly. The pool and gym are always clean and functioning. The apartments are newly renovated and beautiful. If you're looking to live in the Renton area, come look at Crown Pointe.
