As a student at Cal Poly I was so excited about getting into my first apartment. The location is convenient and there is so many things to do in the area. The apartment itself is amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. The management staff was so helpful and calmed all my nerves about being on my own for the first time. Highly recommend!!
I recently moved in and my experience so far has been great. The property manager, Stacey, has been so pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend!
ive lived here going on 3 yrs and it has gone completly down hill like the previous review said. There are homeless people constantly here. Mailboxes get broken into constantly.on mondays no one ever answers the phone when you call the office. cars get broken into, where is the security guard? For the most part it is quite, as far as the people who actually live here. Maintanince is awesome- no complaints there. The amount of rent they charge for this old building is insane. You can move to the IE and get something nicer and more up to date. Not happy here at all.
Regardless of how it looks, this place has slowly gone downhill. The culmination of this has been when new management took over. We went from being a pretty secure complex to seeing homeless people by the laundromat and people breaking in to our mailboxes. Now we need to drive 15 minutes just to pick up our mail. The manager always seems annoyed when you call. Really went downhill, don't be sucked in by the new "Move in Specials" which they never needed with the previous management.
Horrible apartments!! It's full of mold, termites and rats. They raise your rent every year. The maintenance doesn't really fix anything, and they constantly turn off your water with no prior warning. So many times we were IN the shower and it just cut off!! Constant leaks and pipes bursting. Rats are all over alive and dead. These apartments are bad for your health!! Don't move here.
My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for a while. We came across Crown and met with Tas who initially spoke with us over the phone and then gave us a tour of the facility. She was very professional, patient and helpful and answered all our questions. Other places we visited seemed as if we asked too many questions. We felt comfortable right away. We love our new place and couldn’t be happier. We just wanted to say thanks for everything.
My parents moved here a few weeks ago and so far they are loving it!!! It is such a clean place, and you get your own pool AND jacuzzi! The rooms inside are spacious as well, and very well kept. Staff is also very friendly, so far no problems!
If your looking for your first apartment, Crown Point is a great start. Units are very big and I LOVE THE KITCHEN, so big. Its clean and they keep up with the property. Maintenance and staff are very friendly and nice.
I have live here for about 3 years now and my experiences has been great living here. Maintenance and staff are always on top of any request that needs to be done in my unit. great place for family or even single people. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I have lived here over the past year and half. I am very pleased with living here. The area is very quiet, so if you are a single guy like myself, its peaceful to get work done and stay on a routine. If you are looking for a a place to raise your family its great also. People are very friendly in the area and quiet. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Any issues should ever arise they are quick to resolve the issue. I enjoy living here and I recommend this complex to all of my colleagues.
These are beautiful apts but prepare your pocket book for the yearly rent increases. Also very noisy because of the gardener that come early in the morning and stay till late in the afternoon loud with their blowers right by your window multiple times during the day . One car parking only so your wife or husband must park outside which isn't the safest thing to do since we had cars vandalized before and the leasing office doesn't care much . Garages should be included but this is a greedy company so they charge you extra if you want it . Laundry facilities are horrible prepare to lose your money and staff won't refund you for days ! The washers are old always got issues . Apts have aunts and roaches it's worse in summer hard to get rid of them . I don't recommend these apts .
The floorplans in these apartments are very spacious and you definitely get a great price for great space! The community is very welcoming and friendly, the leasing staff and manager are very helpful and the maintenance are very proficient with their work. Please consider this your new future home!
The property is very well kept and the staff is amazing. The community is very beautiful and residents are very welcoming, would definitely recommend moving here.
I've been here 32 years, and have found the atmosphere to be top notch, friendly neighbors, and management that when I have an issue takes care of it right away. If I were not satisfied, I would have moved years ago but have no plan to do so in the near future. Crown Point is my home and I feel safe and happy to be a resident here.

These Apartments are beautiful and very spacious the grounds are lovely they are the most beautiful apartments in West Covina , that's why I'm giving this a 4 star . However the Cons are there is no rent control here your rent goes up every year and its a big raise not a small one , also Gas grills are no longer allowed so if you have one prepare to get rid of it because you cant even grill on your own patio , also you only have one car parking which means if you have a second car you must park outside and good luck with that spaces fill up quick !! Potted plants you cant have on the ledge of your patio either . They have two car garages but that's at a extra cost aside from your rent .
This Apartment is pretty quiet, depending on where you are located. They did not do a very great job at cleaning and repairs when we moved in, however. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is in a good neighborhood and close to malls, eateries, and entertainment.
These are great apartments, from outside to inside. Very nice complex with different pools on different sides of apartments. Although it is great, rent is pretty pricey here.
