I enjoy using the AFC gym, and I love where I live. I have made my apartment my home. The maintenance is so fast and efficient. It's been great!

I love living with Haverkamp. They have a variety of properties to live at. I also really value that they provide a free Ames Fitness Center membership. It was one of my top criteria that led me to Haverkamp (among many other wonderful things). Maintenance is wonderful, and the staff has always been extremely helpful.

I was pleased with the kindness and smoothness of going to pick up my keys. The unit is nice even though there was a misunderstanding/clarity of the unit I was getting but nonetheless I'm grateful for the process that was speedy and with ease.

I have enjoyed living here and I like the point system! My location is perfect for me I can be very close to things such as Walmart Target and restaurants while still not being in the midst of everything! I love the jewel area! I have loved being able to go on walks in the neighborhood and have it feel like I'm walking in a family neighborhood! The building is usually pretty quiet and calm! My biggest issues with the apartment right now is that parking spots have become very limited this year!

I have really enjoyed living with Haverkamp Properties. Every maintenance request I have had has been fulfilled promptly. They also do a maintenance audit to keep up on fixes and find things you may not notice. Overall, it has been a positive experience.

Been good so far. Just renewed my lease for a third year. They keep raising the rent, but everyone is. Maintenance and repairs are fast and competent. Office staff are generally helpful. My building is in a quiet area, it’s a good one-bedroom for the price.

I enjoy living with Haverkamp and at Crown Point specifically. I have lived with Haverkamp for three years. As a college student, that's a lot of time to be living in the same place. I will be living with them for a fourth year. Every maintenance request is taken care of promptly, showing that they care about their tenants and units.

The parking lot stinks. every month they seem to add a fee for something or other, cuz why not nickle and dime people in this economy. other than that it's ok I guess.

I had lived in these apartments before and had a great experience the first time. Maintenance was quick to help, didn’t have many issues, price was fair, and didn’t have extra charges. This second time I have had issues getting maintenance in, recurring issues with internet connectivity and speed, and they started charging a “convenience fee” from a checking account. They also charge a “processing fee” for a check. There is only one way to not get charged EXTRA for rent that was raised almost $100 more a month in one year’s time. Also, when I have had maintenance in here, they just say that everything works fine and basically put a bandaid on the issue.
