My daughter and I have been living at this complex for five years. Going on six years. The leasing office staff is courteous and attentive. The maintenance team is awesome! They address our issues quickly and effectively. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The amenities are great and continuously improved. It is a quiet and safe complex. I highly recommend it.
RATS, ROACHS, DRUG DEALERS, INCOMPETENT STAFF. This place is disgusting. No sense of hygiene nor does the staff care to help

You can NEVER get in touch with the office/management, even if you stop by. (they are in a meeting, etc.) Twice I went to the office to sign up for cockroach treatment..... "oh we forgot to sign you up." What? I gave them my written address...with the problem. This is a "dog friendly" place. But when the neighbors' dog(s) bark incessantly thru the day until 10:30 at night.... management does NOTHING. Shouldn't there be a rule about a dog and the relentless noise? How about a fine? It is like living in a dog pound. And NO, it wasn't like that when I moved here.

This place is a joke! You do not get what you are advertised when you come in initially and you sure don’t get what you are paying for… Multiple work requests, phone calls and emails later, we still have mold, roaches, lifting counter tops and half way functional appliances… The property manager is more OUT of office than IN. Noise complaints? Forget it… people don’t care! The area around is actually super nice and very convenient for the morning commute, but that’s about it

The cleanliness, and attention to the apartments and grounds are immediately noticed when walking around the grounds. Response time by maintenance team to my requests, have always been timely and professional. The office personal is very responsive with questions or concerns I have had, while living here for the last 2 years. I enjoy the peace and quiet I experience living here and the beauty that I see outside of my windows. My neighbors are decent, respectful and friendly. My favorite spot in the complex is the Resort Style pool. It is very relaxing and all around beautiful.
The technician was great, knew the problem in under 30 seconds and even provided advice on how to prevent the issue in the future.
I would recommend this community because they organize and professional in making the living experience exceptional to all tenants.
I've found the maintenance staff is always courteous and responsive to my requests. It does make a difference!
Beautiful complex and buildings. Always clean. Grass is always well cut. The pool is clean and very well laid out, I love to have friends over to show off the pool. Lovely community in general. The office personnel is of my top 3 reasons I love Crosswynde. They are understanding and very professional. You almost feel like you're speaking to an old friend who is always ready to help.
I would recommend this property because it might be more expensive than other places but you get so much with it. All the amenities are nice and you get what you pay for.

It' a good place for 1st time apartment seekers
The community is awesome.the pool is great. The staff is great. But some of the tenants are not. Lots of smoking ( cigarettes and otherwise),loud, and inappropriate behavior that effects others.
Spacious apartments, maintenance request work on a timely manner, easy access to all roads, friendly and accommodating to all residents.
The maintenance staff are very nice and professional.
My rating is not terrible because I love the design of my apartment. Also, the management and maintenance staff are very nice and professional. I am concerned about the upkeep specially around my building (realize it's being addressed) but it's ongoing and frustrating. Also, the trail of debris along the hallways from the dragging of trash bags is a sore sight and dirty looking.
Have had difficulty fulfilling requests and contacting office staff. Mosquitos are crazy around here.

I don't normally write reviews, but I've been so appalled at the service here! If you're looking for a new place to call home. Keep looking.
I've lived here for nearly 3 years. The previous staff was amazing! The new staff is horrific. Really and truly. Seriously, GOOD LUCK if you have a problem, in your unit. They don't answer their phones. Try calling them right now. It'll go right to voicemail. The only time the staff is interested in you or your needs is when they are trying to sell you on moving in. STAY FAR AWAY The staff is verbally abusive, lazy, and rude. I can't wait to leave. I'd rather pay a few hundred more to live in a more professional community.
If you are looking for a new place to live, consider Crosswnde. I have live here thru two different management teams. The current staff that has been here for the past 2years is great. I have no complaints regarding office or maintenance staff. The staff sponsors great complex activities that allow the tenants to meet them on a personal level. They are not perfect, but compared to other places, they come pretty close. As for the skeptics, nope, no paid comment here; just love it here.
love the area and the floor plans of my apartment everyone is nice and the property is well kept the only problem here is finding a parking space by your apartment unit. other then that I have no complaints.
Great apartment! They truly did everything to ensure that I got the apartment that I wanted and most importantly on time. The only thing is I wish they would paint the hallways of the apartments or spiff it up a little bit. No problems so far and it's in a good location!
