I have been living here since 2022. So far, everything has been good. I love my apartment, and the included amenities are excellent. I have not had any issues with neighbors or parking, and the maintenance staff is very courteous and efficient.

Very clean and well kept. I also love that the building has a lot of lighting and we have sufficient parking for everyone. The location is also top tier.
I’ve been living at the Crosswinds for about three weeks now, and I have to say, the parking is incredibly convenient with easy access to the building. The residents are friendly, and the overall environment is peaceful.

Mediocre, too many instances of elevators, not being available people are moving in way past the four hour window that is allotted for them to do so. Not nearly enough handicapped parking spots. The package room is theft waiting to happen. I’ve already had one package go missing. I’ve had my car broken into in the parking garage. My window smashed. I’ve had several maintenance calls in the short time that I’ve lived here. I would just say mediocre. Nothing that’s anything but average at best. I wouldn’t recommend I would not renew my lease.

The crosswind staff is exceptional ,however more time with a manager on the property is needed. The building could use power washing ,painting and removal of the poster of a child s head with a baseball cap facing Forrest Drive .

A nice, quiet community with a friendly and attentive leasing team. The grounds are fairly well maintained. Sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the halls which can be annoying, especially given this property has a no-smoking policy.

Well run, ALL staff are outstanding, responsive. Amenities nice and well kept. For those on Target side of building, delivery and building trash removal noise in early am annoying, as well as congestion around garage exit makes departure a bit tricky at times. Very convenient to be able to walk to stores, bank and restaurants.

My experience at the crosswinds has been great! It is in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants around. The building itself is clean and safe and the parking situation is extremely convenient. My only complaint is it is very easy to hear your upstairs neighbor walking around, but it isn’t the worst. A very great place to live overall!
Loving this Annapolis oasis so far! I want to spend every day at the pool and every evening enjoying the town center! It is surprisingly peaceful and quiet here considering apartments typically can have noise issues.

Love the place. The accommodation is good and residents are well looked after by truly exceptional staff. Any minor problems that have arisen have been speedily dealt with by truly exceptional staff. I love the layout of my apartment, the amenities, and the ease of shopping. Also, the staff members are great! However, the downside of living here is some of my neighbors are more concerned with their addiction to cigarettes and they totally disregard the fact that our building is supposed to be a smoke-free building. The hallways continually smell like smoke.

I moved in about 2 weeks ago, and I’m loving it! Management is very friendly and responsive. Maintenace has also been very quick to take care of my requests. All the residents that I’ve met since I’ve moved here are friendly, and everyone I’ve spoken to seems very happy here. It’s nice that I’m already getting to know a few people. I can’t wait for the warm weather to arrive to arrive so I can take advantage of the outside activities. I have only good things to say about Crosswinds. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

The leasing staff is great! We have never had a bad experience and will recommend Crosswinds to our friends. The freight elevator being broken for as long as it has is very concerning though.

A nice place to live, easy to move into, very good maintenance service. One objection - no under-cabinet lighting in kitchen makes the area dark. It would be simple and not especially expensive to install.

On Amazon they have stick up light fixture that can be mounted under cabinets for additionally lighting. Very clean. Close to everything you need. Great staff and neighbors Green environment with a lot outstanding de space and events . Staff is very kind and efficient.

Loved living here! Very organized and efficient staff! The cleaning and maintenance teams were amazing! Loved the community events. Beautiful apartments with great appliances and W/D. Well-kept grounds. Very dog-friendly!
