The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crossroads at Meridian Apartments
Most awesome about it is the staff, Lisa, Cassandra, Thomas and Sergei. I cannot tell you how helpful everyone is from Lisa and Cassandra helping me qualify, to Lisa helping me get hand grips for my bath tub. Sergei is so sweet and helpful even when sent to do one thing in the apt he notices everything and helps, even without asking, Thomas is great he's also my next door neighbor. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The complex itself sits just off Meridian in it's own small enclave surrounded by trees on one side, and the beautiful River Trail on the other. Gives it a quiet, secluded feel. Neighbors are great, no problems with noise, staff makes sure rules are enforced, i.e. no smoking, or keeping noise down after ten, they stay on top of everything! I find my fellow tenants friendly and polite to each other. The community room and exercise area are also clean and well maintained. My granddaughter made friends with some kids her age at the swimming pool :). I really have no negatives to report what so ever! I love my walks along the River Trail and being able to do my strength training in the exercise room. I watch the squirrels playing outside my balcony, if I need something there's a huge Fred Myers a short walk away for anything I might need, with a Star Bucks even, and downtown is a short walk or bus ride away. Although, because of how the complex is situated, all of that is hidden from view. What few issues I have had have been resolved promptly. I am especially grateful that Lisa was able to get hand grips installed for me on the bathtub as I am disabled and taking a shower was terrifying without them. I hope Dobler reads this reiview, staff make or break a place and currently Crossroads shines in this regard. I hope they do everything to keep their folks happy and in place at this complex. They all rock nd would be so sad if they left. These four are truly outstanding employees of yours and IMHO hope you do everything possible to keep them Regards Martha

I submitted requests for housing at this property after a tour and was quite excited to move in. Upon my first application, I was informed that there was screening criteria including working in the same current job for over two years and salary being at least 4x the monthly price of housing, that was never expressed during application. I was only informed of this after the office had required me to pay 70$ for “screening fees”. After this I had a coworker attempt to co-sign with demanded another 70$ fee. He was also denied based on more criteria that had not been expressed to either of us. Finally coming to the last straw I decided to have a relative co-sign who I knew met all the possible criteria (costing another 70$). Upon this coming back, they decided to then disclose that the initial application had been denied and essentially the two screenings that followed the initial application were pointless. All said and done the management company had squeezed 210$ out of screening fees, and determined that I would not be able to rent a unit until I resubmitted certain forms and paid another 70$ fee for resubmission. Needless to say these apartment managers will be looking to get the most amount of money from you while providing the least amount of service possible. Pick a better apartment with better people, you will be happier.

Don't be fooled. This looked good at first, but I soon realized how lazy management is and how little they care. They give you apartments in disgusting condition and never fix anything. The employees are arrogant and treat you like they're doing you a favor by taking your rent money.

I called and spoke with Ariel who was busy at the time so she asked for my name and number and said she'd call me back. I never heard from her. I emailed the property and Deanna the manager replied back and we set up a showing for later that day. When I got there I was told that there wasn't any units available and to prequalify you'd have to make at least 4x the rent. It would've been nice to know about that beforehand. Waste. Of. Time.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your comments. We appreciate your feedback and apologize that your experience has been anything less than exceptional. I apologize for any miscommunication prior to you coming out to tour with us but our income requirements are the 4 times the rent amount which is located on our website and through our application process. Until moving away, I lived in these awesome apartments with my children. I never had to worry about sending them out with garbage, or to get the mail. This is a safe place, a very convenient location, and if I ever return to WA, THIS is where I want to live!
