Amarillo welcomes residents with its distinctive Texas character and sweeping views of the Texas Panhandle. Home to over 200,000 residents, the city offers rental options from downtown lofts to suburban apartments with plenty of space. The San Jacinto neighborhood draws renters with its historic architecture and local shops. Rental costs remain moderate, with average rents around $841, and one-bedroom apartments averaging $830 monthly, representing a 1.5% year-over-year increase.
The Route 66 Historic District and Amarillo Cultural District anchor the city's arts scene, featuring performances at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts and exhibitions at the Amarillo Museum of Art. Just outside the city, Palo Duro Canyon State Park - the second-largest canyon system in the United States - offers miles of hiking and biking trails. The medical district, centered around the Harrington Regional Medical Center, serves the community's healthcare needs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crossings at Bell
Great place to live After 5 years living here, I can say that they have a great staff and location, very peaceful and save place to live.
Great service Everyone employees by the Crossings work hard and are responsive to people’s need s
Amazing Staff The ladies in the office are top notice and always there to help with any issues and the maintenance crew is always hard at work making sure everything is working correctly or fixed as it should be. They have taken great care of myself and my little family, always looking out for us.
Move in went well. There was a hiccup with our paid parking spot, but the office staff handled it quickly and apologized. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints so far.
Great place to be! I have only been here a couple months but so far I love it. Lots of fun things to do on site, maintained is fast, and the office staff is so nice! Not to mention it’s close to everything and reasonably priced for the area.
