Cottonwood Village is a suburban neighborhood about eight miles northeast of Old Town. Filled with tree-lined streets, manicured lawns, and cul de sacs, Cottonwood Village has moderately priced and upscale rentals available in a variety of styles, including single-family houses and modern apartments. Cottonwood Village is predominately residential, but there are chain restaurants, big-box department stores, and other businesses located on the eastern end of the neighborhood along North Rock Road.
