Located in the Sacramento Valley, Roseville combines residential comfort with city conveniences. The city offers diverse housing options throughout its neighborhoods, from newer developments near Westfield Galleria to historic properties in Old Town. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crocker Oaks Apartments
This place had been a nightmare to live at under the management of Denise and after she left we had basically no management for months. Merigold has turned this property into an amazing place to live again. She is filling it with tenants that were a pleasure to live around and help each other out. Maintenance is done quickly. The property is once again looking beautiful. I am proud to call this property home once again. I will be a long term Tenant as long as Merigold is managing the place as well as she does.
management has never been solid since long time manager Denise left. They are never sure of anything when you have questions. and aren't understanding or flexible at all.
