As Copperfield is mainly residential, residents travel outside the neighborhood for most of their shopping and dining. Property Ratings at Cricket Hollow Apartments
From application to moving in, my experience with Cricket Hollow has been nothing short of fantastic. My meeting with Mayra and Mario made me feel very welcomed to the community. The location is prime with everyday necessities close by, trees and greenery surround the complex giving a tropical/ peaceful feel. Theres laundry, pools and a gym on site with a park close by. What more do you need? Hossein, a property technician, has been helpful and kind. I feel blessed to call this place home. Thank you Cricket Hollow and staff.
I do not recommend these apartments to live in. Nobody calls on the phone and you go to the office and they do not solve your problems. The people who are in the direction of the office do a very bad job, they send you to call 911 when there are internal problems and that only they can give you a solution
DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Catalytic convertors are being stolen from cars and management refuses to inform anyone or install cameras. It's a $1000 cost so definitely not worth the risk. Also management in general refuses to do any hard work and blames you for "breaking stuff" when in reality it just stops working and sometimes needs repairs.
I have lived at Cricket Hollow for about 2 years and have seen a few management changes, but I can say that the management they have now are on point and always friendly and maintenance requests are answered promptly. It may not have a lot of extras, however if you want something affordable, clean and safe, I recommend them.
Excited that my lease is almost up. Contacted maintenance on 9/16 to fix a leak that was causing problems. They ended up placing a little piece on the hole. The water has continued to leak and ruin the carpet. What is more frustrating is that they keep closing my maintenance requests as if they have completed the job. I have continued to request they fix it but the problem remains. It is now 10/30. I'm not sure what further action to take. I have lived here two years. This is how they treat the tenants that live here. Choose somewhere else. Trust me go somewhere else
Staff is all over the place. Didn't get any advanced notice if I qualified for the predicted move in date. Tried calling the day before and no one returned my phone calls. The day of move in, I was not shown my apartment or where any of the amenities were. Guess you get what you pay for!
I like where I'm currently living but need to find another apartment due to the rent increase in Austin. The managers are usually nice and it's really pet friendly which is a plus for me and it's a quite place to live.
