Property Ratings at Crestview West Apartments
Do not move here unless you are ready to live with pest! There are roaches even in the hallways. The appliances from the previous renter were left inside the unit when I moved in. And they were infested with roaches. Management has only offered to spray the unit, no new appliances no transfer to new unit. I still have not moved my belongings in because of this and I have had my keys for over a week. After 3 months of being homeless with my 7 year old I thought we would finally be able to make home and get comfortable. That is not going to be possible here it is a nightmare inside of a nightmare. Please do not make the same mistake I did in desperation. It is too late for me it's not for you!
I give it 5 stars, for excellent customer service from Andrea, very friendly professional, was always attentive to what we needed and helped us a lot in the rental process
I hate this place, the new management that is there now have no heart they don’t care about there clients. Looking for a place with about the same size. The kid they have in the front has no clue and lie in my face on a comment he made and of coarse they believe him. The management from the past years at least care about their clients. People in this community are talking and can’t wait to move.
It's a place to live. No amenities: no pool, no anything! Not even basketball for kids, so they run rampant, destroying everything. I need a place I can call home, fireplace, would definitely be big plus! Willing to relocate!!! Thank you, Sincerely, Lisa B. Burtis
