The building I live in is crazy to find a parking some people just have people over and take all the parking . That’s the only part I hate about living there

For the most part it is ok being out here but the noise after hours are becoming ridiculous it is to loud especially when you have to be to work the next day

The ashley apartments is the best in immokalee. I really like the honesty of the staff. The services is very good. When you call the office the staff make a good job

We feel so good because the apartment is very comfortable and the spaces are clean, quiet and my opinion I like the apartments and place to live with my family.

I like that the Ashley apartments are set to an affordable rent rate and that anyone can enjoy to live here. I also enjoy taking out my trash and going to check my mailbox because once I go outside I feel so much peace and happy.

I really like where I’m living I’ve never had any problems with people who live around me have always like how everything is always clam and nice around

People need to understand that not only they live here , I have to park everyday a building down because some people own 2 or more cars and park them in the front it’s not fair .

Living here has been a wonder experience I haven’t had any problems in my area it’s quit and my kids can play without anyone bothering them.

Love it here. It feels good to be apart of a real community that actually cares and shows up when we need them. They get the job done without complaining. Love them!

Love the community,pool, and staff. The do a great job with maintenance and usually have no complaints. Still waiting to get into a home but for the mean time the Ashley luxury affordable apartments is perfect for me my wife and 3 kid. 2 bed room 2 bath are very convenient and affordable.

I love it here! My side is very quiet and I never have any problems with anyone. My kids can go out and play without me worry about any one bothering them.

Everything is ok. I like living here. Office is always taken care when we need them. Is quite is peaceful. Is always clean the buildings are nice

I have been here almost 12 years now. For the most part it has been good,it’s quiet,peaceful. You don’t have to worry abt anyone trying to do anything to you. Only thing I don’t like is the rent keep going up. But on my job my pay is not going up. But for the most part over the years it’s a alright community

Had a few problems with my apartment and maintenance showed up and fixed the issues no problem. The only issues I have is roaches everywhere but it's hard to keep it out

Ashley Apartments is an environment where I would recommend to many of my friends and family. The staffing and management there is super friend and caring. Whenever you need thi gs fixed in your apartment they would make sure it is done and ready. The pool is always open to the residents and is clean and sanitized for our services. Crestview is an excellent place to reside ! The maintenance crew is amazing ! They most definitely get the job done ! Carla & Ms. Janie are the manager to get the job done ??. They are caring , understanding & they help in the best way possible. I would recommend anyone in coiller county to make crestview there new home .

This place would be the perfect place to live if the personnel manager worked with the tenants and took care of the apartments. You would go to the office every day asking for help and they would tell you they will come but you will have to be very patient as they will be waiting months before they come to help you out.

Crestview Park Appointment in Immokalee is excellent because it's always cleaned and maintenance people are very good. Also it's affordable for everyone. My name is Nadia Nelson still lives there.

There's bed bugs, roaches, etc. The office closes earlier than the time states and when you ask the staff they try to sugar coat the issue. Maintenance take forever to fix anything and walk into your house if you don't answer fast enough or if your not home at all. All the dumpster areas are a joke, trash everywhere thats problem why there's roaches and bugs in the units to begin with.

Nothing every gets fixed!!! There are so many problems with the apartment: mold, leaks and cockroach. They are over priced as well. Openly walks into your apartment randomly when your not home without telling or even giving you a reason, but if they see something even wrong they will fine you. You will see the trash coming out of every bin that gets scattered about. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You have problems with these people who are just making the community poorer while allowing people to live in terrible conditions!!!
