I just renewed our lease for another 15 months because I enjoy staying at this place and the people are very friendly The only issue I wish would get fixed as the mail issue as far as getting packages from Amazon or other third-party companies. They seem to not wanna deliver it to the mail room so I’m having to have my packages shipped to other people that I know to receive my packages

Apartments are nice, the gate into the building slam really loud. I wish they could do something about the gates but other than that it’s been pretty great

I absolutely love Crest at Burkitt Ridge! The apartments they have to offer are incredible, the amenities are fantastic, staff is warm and welcoming, I was able to get everything set up and moved in quickly and without any hiccups! The security the community has to offer with the gates to all buildings is a major plus, in addition to patrol cars in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

Well we originally moved in June 1st of 2024 and had to move in to a ground floor apartment in another apartment building on the ground floor on November 1st because the original building elevator was out for two months and my wife is disabled so the new apartment is so much better!

Love the community & the floor plans. Being able to get a large townhome, with a 2-car garage, for a lease that is less than a year is incredible, especially with the beautiful touches throughout the townhome including neutral colors, white cabinetry, quartz & marble counters and vanities, bonus rooms downstairs, lots of windows, and laminate flooring. The only downside is the carpeting is pretty gross - after 3 weeks I'm still pulling up dirt with my dyson. So, insist on having it cleaned and inspecting before you move in. But otherwise this is really perfect for relocating out of state, while I learn the area. I was able to move in and upack what I need, and keep what I don't need organized & packed in the garage. The floor plan has lots of space for my larger furniture, and plenty of storage space too. I do love it here, as far as rentals go, I think I got very lucky.

My stay, so far, has been very enjoyable, peaceful and most importantly fun. Being walking distance to all my amenities, whether it’s laying by the pool or a quick walk to the dog bark, makes everything a lot easier. My neighbors are very much too themselves but are extremely friendly. Your space is “your own world” so to speak, where privacy is a big factor with Crest. Lastly, as someone who tends to host a lot of friends and family; Crest provides the security, amenities and space for me to be hospitable. The most consistent question I am asked would probably be, ‘Do you enjoy where you stay?’ Well.. you tell me.

This is a new complex and they have had issues with the mailboxes and deliveries. I had to drive 15 min to the post office for the first 5.5 months. Now USPS does come occasionally however fedex, UPS, and Amazon have not. It is a huge inconvenience as I have not been able to receive packages for the last 7 months. Water pressure is very low since more residents have moved in. I did not have this issue in December when I first got here and now it sucks to take showers with no water pressure.

Maintenance staff is so quick and proactive! My AC was out and they immediately helped fix it. Very courteous and response time was so fast! The property is so clean and quiet. By far the best complex I have lived in so far.

So far the first day was good then the second day for moving in sucked , the water stinks like sulfur and is so bad that I had to open up the windows and the elevator for building H that I moved in to is not working, my fiancé is disabled and uses a wheelchair so it is very inconvenient for us !

All the staff are wonderful. Great Place to live. Close to everything . Easy access to Nashville,Murfreesboro . In between I24 and I65. Local restaurants ,small town vibe.
