WORST EVER!! Communication in office is horrible , leasing consults always give different information than what the manager has. Was behind on ONE month rent( in the same month) and they give you every reason to send you to collections. THE OFFICE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THE 9 months IVE BEEN STAYING HERE. WHEN THE PROPERTY MANAGER KEVIN TOLD ME TO CALL THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO, and now they are DEMANDING I come to the office now that they are open when I’ve been paying my rent online on in store every month. BEWARE IF you ever have issues they cannot help. If you called the number on the notice, it does not help, the leasing specialist told me they don’t have a phone and she had to email them. This could have been taken care of sooner had I had the right information from the office but here we are.

Reveal Playa Vista is one of the best buildings I've ever lived in. It was recently renovated and the amenities are plentiful -- pool, gym, co-working space, rooftop, free coffee, and more. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and act with urgency. I enjoy being adjacent to the park and the walkability of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Reveal for anyone thinking of living in Playa Vista!

Reveal Playa Vista is a premiere luxury rental building in Playa Vista. Reveal Playa Vista is an oasis unto itself. Have been here for several years and sadly it’s been downhill over the past 12 months or so. The previous management was great but the new management is, for lack of a better word, unqualified. They take weeks to respond to maintenance requests and rarely fix the actual problem. Communication is always delayed by a day or two (an example: an electric outing that has been fixed is notified to tenants a day after the fix) While we loved the previous management, the current ones are impolite, do not assist tenants’ inquiries, and try running the place like an impersonal transactional machine shop (one where they don’t deliver on expectations). To go a step further, a certain someone dresses unprofessionally for the position that they are in and they seem to care more about their appearance than the well-being of the tenants. Just moved out and couldn’t be happier that we made that decision. If you are thinking about looking at this place and living here, just know you’ll be paying a premium for something basic - if you do plan on taking a tour you'll realize how terrible it is and if you do meet the entire staff, it'll just confirm what this review is saying. Renter beware.

This is a great apartment complex in beautiful community. The apartment where we are is renovated and modern appliances are installed in the kitchen. There are a lot of amenities around the complex to be used, like hot tub, swimming pool, gym, barbecues, pool, office rooms, recreational rooms, nice rooftop, etc. The only complaint we got is that we can hear the neighbors from above us walking constantly. But I guess you can get that problem in any apartments. The rest is great

RUN! They are still under construction and I was placed in a renovated newer room, and after only 1 month of being here there are already plumbing issues and electrical issues!! Management constantly lies to you and falsely promise you of things being taken care of in a timely matter. Also note - the amenities are STILL CLOSED. The pool is still under construction and management constantly lies about when it will be completed. There are plenty of other beautiful places in playa vista community that are more reasonably priced and I regret letting them convince me of moving into this building instead. Moving out ASAP. DO NOT let the newer appliances and finishes fool you! this place is a real dump once you are living here. If you work from home good luck on receiving any important documents delivered to you too. My packages were somehow lost several times in this buildings mess.

Lived here for 10 years, moved out in August 2020. Severe plumbing problems (flooded annually). Burglary frequent (check out the door to the Bike storage room). TV monitors on the gym equipment not working and management could not figure out how to correct the problem for months. Elevators down with some regularity, etc. New ownership a couple of years ago and they decided to fix the "looks" but did nothing to address the significant underlying problems. The expense of "making it pretty" makes this one of the most expense complexes in Playa Vista, that is why I moved.

Crescent Park at Playa Vista was never what I'd say luxury, but at least it had some perks when we first moved in; like a gym, pool/spa, and even conference room areas. As a resident I was so excited initially at the announcement for "upgrades" they had planned to elevate Crescent Park from an ok community to an upscale one. Had I known they would be doing these upgrades all at the same time, I would have moved. They raised our rent and now we don't have access to any of the amenities we once did.
I moved here last summer after doing a lot of research for years and visiting, I was so excited when I got here! I loved the community and the neighbors! I have a son with special needs and it took a lot for us to move and we needed certain amenities… within 3 months, all of them were demo’d! We live over the swamp that was once a pool. We can’t even open our windows or balconies due to the construction pollution!! Us, as well as other tenants, are living with nebulizers just to breath. We have what management called the best unit, now I look onto discarded appliances, sinks, and waste thrown onto that swamp, as well as the massive dumpster permanently parked outside my living room window/the front door of the bldg.! We lost my son’s services bc there is no meeting room, fitness ctr or pool for his occupational and physical therapies and tutoring. We’ve not been given any dates for their reopen! It’s disgusting in the hallways! It is a war zone! Management does not care or have any consideration for the tenants! When we ask for improvements, they say, "we don't have to." They just collect the high rent, threaten to raise it, and make you live in fear of not having an apartment at any time in the future! I feel duped and upset, we have nightmares, we live over a constant jackhammer, are sick with respiratory and have headaches! It’s the worst decision I’ve ever made! Spare yourselves! RUN!! Even with supposed renovations in a year or two, there is way better in the area for the money... and right now you'd be better off living in a warzone!!!
Because all amenities are closed and will not be available for over a year. Constant construction, health and safety hazards abound. The owners are horrible and greedy.?
Wonderful location, close to the beach and with a new Mall is everything that we wish for. Very nice staff, always ready for any emergency and repairs Love my apartment.
Everything about Crescent Park and Playa Vista is incredible. The apartments themselves are huge and appointed with nice fixtures. The complex is clean and quiet. The outdoor parks nearby are amazing (there's even hammocks in one of them). The complex has its own pool, hot tub and gym. You also have access to a party room and outdoor grills within the complex. As a resident of Playa Vista you're allowed to use the CenterPoint club pool, gym and spa as well as the Resort pool, gym and spa. Speaking of which, the Resort is a first class fitness facility! You won't be needing your gym membership anymore!!! The subterranean parking is gated and secured with monitored cameras. Playa Vista itself has 24/7 bike security patrol. Management is wonderful. Our unit's washer/dryer broke and was promptly replaced with a brand new one. All maintenance requests are promptly handed. The only complaint I have is that the elevators are really slow. Other than that, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone!
