Located about three miles southeast of Downtown Escondido, Kit Carson is home to one of the largest parks in the San Diego area. More than just a natural habitat, the 285-acre Kit Carson Park serves as the main gathering place for residents who want to spend time outdoors or catch an event in its spacious amphitheater.

DO NOT RENT *WARNING*

DO NOT RENT HERE! *WARNING*. I have been living here for 9 years already and I can tell you this. They do not care about the tenants, they care about what fuels there wallet. They make "Improvements" that are just down grading. Using rocks instead of grass for there benefit so they don't have to invest much but just to make it seem like an improvement so they can raise the rent. Not only that this is not equal housing opportunity. It's not fair and for sure not low income. Next year I can guarantee it will be 2,500 for a 2 bedroom. You are not allowed to fly an American flag on your porch nor have BBQ'S. Rent here at your own risk I do NOT recommend living here.. I still have things that have been needing fixing for over 3 years now and still after I tell them it doesn't happen! ITS YOUR CHOICE! For questions feel free to email me. I know this management from the back of my hand.

Lifesaver

This website was so helpful, I needed to find an apartment in such a short amount of time and I would not have been able to without their help. These apartments are close to grocery stores, shopping malls, and high schools, not to mention that they're aesthetically pleasing. I have everything I need living here, couldn't be happier.

Creekside Village Apts.

I've lived here 12 years and the management keeps getting worse & worse. We have a pool but it's not heated - so we can swim 2 or 3 months of the year. We have lots of grass that they overwater but they have cut down all but one tree. Look on their websites; the trees are still there but they're not here! We have 625 square feet in a one bedroom and a walk-in closet but they are constantly sending memos about how we can't use our patios or even put up shades! My shades have been up for 7 years but they took them down; now my trees are all dying. If I had the money, I would move even though I like being by the creek and all the wildlife. So sad -
