I looked at several homes in the area when needing to move this summer and returned to Creekside because the customer service was so top notch! From the time I called to inquire up until the day of move in they were so personable and attentive making sure everything ran smoothly!! Shout out to the property manager, Sarah for stepping in when the agent I was working with was unavailable, you helped solidify our decision!! Love love love our home!!

If you enjoy a noisy place, then this is definitely the one for you! Is your idea of a great weekend swimming in a dirty, pool crowded with little kids and babies in diapers? How about a nasty ring around the pool and the water is always green and cloudy? Don't worry, the hot tub isn't hot, it is warm, and the jets usually don't work anyway. Don't like hot water or lots of water pressure when you shower, awesome! If you want to live where the rules are not enforced and lots of kids running around unattended, noisy, screaming and hollering in the court yard then you have come to the right place! If riding bikes and skates on sidewalks with kids is your dream, then woo hoo! Pet rules not enforced, so don't worry about a pet deposit or picking up your dog poop. Enjoy playing your music loud? They don't care. How about security gates that are always broken? Check! Don't ever need to talk to management? That's good because, phone lines are sometimes down for days. Management rarely answers the phone, returns calls or emails. What you can really appreciate is how they violate city ordinance by allowing too many people to live in apartments. How about water leaks everywhere? Good, because rain leaks into apartments and garages. My living room flooded 3 times. Rain leaked into the garage and sheet rock fell down on my car. FYI...they are not responsible for damages. Do you like to break rules? Then you will be right at home here! Management rarely comes out on property to inspect all the violations. Lights out, dog poop, dog vomit, trash and trash stains everywhere. Don't like to work out? That's good because the treadmills usually broken or you can wait your turn for the unsupervised children to get bored and get off the one machine that works. Management is really good at cashing your rent check on time! Do you enjoy daily emails that don't concern you? Good, because they are also really good at sending out email blasts to all tenants threatening to actually do something. Do you have a dog that likes to howl and bark when you are away from home all day or night? Do you enjoy slamming doors and cabinets, babies and children crying, adults fighting and calling the cops, loud music and loud TV? Don't really need that package that Fed Ex tells you they delivered? Good because management is rarely in the office to give it to you if it is actually there. Hurry sign up!

I would highly recommend Creekside South apartments! The apartments are updated, well maintained and grounds well cared for! There's something for everyone, even our furry friends! The dog park/play area is a notch up from just a fenced in area, with agility equipment and fun dog toys available! The pool and kids new "jungle gym" are super fun and fun source of exercise and socialization for the community! My favorite is the huge bon-fire pit, that I didn't use as much as I wanted too! Creekside South is more than an apartment complex, it's a community that uses all these extra tools to build that community. By using the pool or dog park or open area, everyone gets to know each other. The office staff, is like no other I've encountered before. Again, they're like family. You feel like they care and are concerned about your happiness! Creekside South is one of those places you're lucky to come across and I'm glad we did!
