Virginia Village is one of Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods, and it’s not hard to see why this community charms so many people. Located about five miles south of Downtown Denver, Virginia Village offers a suburban feel while still having easy access to city amenities. Virginia Village borders Colorado Boulevard, one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares. This long corridor is lined with grocers, restaurants, big-box stores, and other establishments. Along with several neighborhood parks, residents have easy access to golf courses like Wellshire Golf Course and sprawling parks like Cherry Creek State Park, a local favorite for hiking and camping. The University of Denver is one light rail stop away, so the neighborhood is also a great option for students, faculty, and staff. Virginia Village has something for everyone with affordable to upscale apartments, condos, and houses available for rent.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Creekside
This place really is pretty quiet and close to a lot of areas so commutes are short.

Friend, Thanks for the 5 stars! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please let us know if we can do something to make your experience even better! Creekside Apartment Homes Team, ICanHelp@AIRCommunities.com
Way too expensive for what it is. They don’t do anything about ice in the parking lot and on the sidewalks in the winter, so its filled with massive potholes by summer (those will never be fixed either). The broken washing machines and dryers have never been fixed in the almost 3 years I’ve lived here. There’s no security or cameras, so there are people camping by the mail boxes and dumpsters at night, dumpster divers, and they’ll break into your car and steal anything they can reach on your balcony. The no smoking rule is only enforced via mildly worded emails to all residents. You can never get anyone on the phone and their office hours are constantly changing, so good luck talking to anyone about these issues. Only good-ish thing is that the walls are thick enough that you can’t hear your neighbors much (but you can always smell them). EDIT: Forgot to mention the weekly gunshots in the middle of the night.

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. It is our loyal residents that help us grow and become a better community. We apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations. Any concerns expressed or that may have been previously missed, we would certainly take the time to address. Any people in the community that are not residents that you witness throwing trash from a dumpster or breaking into cars is a matter for the police. Residents that you see smoking please report to our Community Manager with at least their apartment number and they will get a letter and fine. I will address your concerns that you expressed in this review with the collaboration of my leadership team. Potholes and ice and snow concerns can be submitted as a service order by any resident. If you have further concerns or questions please reach out to our Community Manager or to ICanHelp@AIrCommunitis.com. -Susan
