Living here at Creekside has been good. My upstairs neighbors aren’t noisy or just people in general here aren’t. The maintenance people are nice and really good about getting issues fixed. The amenities are okay but overall it’s a nice place to live.

I have really enjoyed living here mainly because of the peaceful neighbors and that the area is surrounded by everything that you need. I’m not a huge fan of the management or the portal that they provide to pay rent. It’s almost like all the charges that finally populate are named weird or just show up weird to make it more confusing for the residents. All in all it has been a decent time though.

So welcoming and peaceful

Very welcoming and a really nice area. Rene was super friendly and helpful. Quick approval and we moved in the very next day! A nice little dog park area for all the dog lovers. Great location with all you need within walking distance

Hot from far but far from hot

It's good. Not great, not bad. Looks nice, but cheap cabinets and kitchen counters. Nice appliances and if something breaks, they fix it. Weird drain in shower on the ceiling will drain yellowish brown water and will splatter everywhere since it hits the edge of the tub and not in the tub.

Money Grubbers

The management never seems to take ownership of their own mistakes. Was about to adopt a dog so I went through all the process for it to be okay for them to stay at my apartment (down payment, dog fee, etc.) but never actually ended up having that dog come to my apartment due to other issues with the humane society. So at first they refunded me my pet payment but now 4-5 months after that situation happened they start charging me for a pet again and when I went in all they did was bounce around my argument and now I’m out 400 dollars from a dog that NEVER was at the apartment. They don’t care about owning up to their own mistakes so that they can make more money. Honestly the facility is nice so if you can avoid the management as much as possible it might be for you.

DOES NOT FEEL SAFE - STOLEN CARS!

After living here for a few weeks, a package that I had delivered was stolen from the main office. They told me that a group of packages were all stolen and there was nothing they could do about it. A couple weeks later, we saw a car in the parking lot had a brick thrown threw the window. A few months after that, MY CAR WAS STOLEN in the middle of the night. This complex does NOT have security cameras, and although the buildings look nice, it does not feel like a very safe area. In other reviews of this complex, I've seen that several other people have had their cars stolen (reviews dating back to 2014), and management just responds that it's a common problem in Colorado Springs. Rent is very high-- and with this being a continual problem, there's really no excuse for not having security cameras.

Amazing!!!!

I can't even begin to explain how great the apartments are. They have a very friendly welcome when you walk into the main office. Animal friendly. The management is a great help and very friendly and actually get to know you and work with you. The residence are very nice. A dog and cat loving community. You know people by their dogs names more that their names.

I love living here at Creekside at Palmer park. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub, a excellent gym and they have very professional and courteous staff workers and maintance. The apartment is spacious and relaxing and the balcony is huge. If your looking for a place to call home, Creekside at Palmer park is it.
