It is hard to get better than Creekside at Legacy! The apartments feel more like a condo with attached garages, yards and front doors. The finishes are beautiful, the property is very well maintained and maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues! The location could not be better as you are close to all the amenities of Plano with a neighborhood feeling. It is also located on a wonderful walking trail that runs along a beautiful creek! My only complaints would be that because it is an older building the energy efficiency is not the best and you can hear everything. I would suggest a second floor apartment!

Creekside at Legacy is a great community located at west Plano. Excellent and knowledgeable team do all their best to make the residents feel good and happy.

A year ago, I was searching for an apartment remotely and Penny at Creekside at Legacy was fantastic. She took the time to discuss all the details about the different floorplans, and I ultimately chose the Brazo layout because of its spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, which creates a wonderful sense of openness. My unit had some nice modern updates, including white quartz countertops, wood floors, new carpet, and brand new appliances. It's worth noting that while the building itself is from the late 90s, the inside of my unit felt fresh and up-to-date. The townhouse style is a unique perk. It comes with a single-car garage, which is a big plus in this area, and even has extra storage space – a handy feature. The large patio is great for relaxing outdoors. Plus, the big windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the apartment. The community is quiet and well-maintained. The landscaping and pool are always clean. I wish they could keep the clubhouse open longer in the evening, because it appears well-maintained and offers a space for residents to gather. A bonus is the Fetch delivery and valet trash service, which can be convenient. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive throughout my stay, consistently fixing minor issues within a business day. But more importantly, their work has always been top-notch. They're meticulous in their work, always leaving the repair area clean and functional. It's clear they take pride in the quality of service they provide. If you're relocating to the Plano area and searching for a solid apartment option, then Creekside at Legacy could be a great fit for you. The updated townhouses, quiet community, and especially the responsive and top-notch maintenance team make it a worthwhile consideration.

This is a very good community. Well maintained and decent location. Most day to day needed shops are near by. Not much noise from traffic. There are plenty of trees around which provide good view

I have been a resident for 2 years and just signed my renewal for another year. It is a very quiet property and I love my floor plan. I have one of the units with a large patio and small yard and that helped with my transition to downsize from my home. There are a lot of trees, which give it a residential feel.

I have had a really bad experience leaving in this community since I moved here since the very first day things were not working properly and I had experienced a lot of annoying noises from neighbors and management don’t do anything.

Most timely & efficient maintenance team I’ve ever experienced with apartment living!

I recently submitted an online maintenance request for a carpet cleaning. My carpet was cleaned well and in a timely manner. Creekside at Legacy provides exceptional service. Many thanks to Mike and Hailey!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the location is great, and the front office does a great job attending to its residents’ needs.

Ive moved into legacy creekside apartments. ive lived here for a month. This managment service has been horrible, with their lack of communication and leadership. They do not grant access for the leasing office to resolve account issues which delays processing or refund times. i have been charged for late fees when i just moved in in less than a month. The staff said sorry just pay it and well open a ticket, i have not heard of anything more absurd. how irresponsible and unprofessional.

I have lived here more than five years. I am very satisfied with my life here and apartment management. I live alone and I feel very safe and comfortable here.

I cannot in good conscience not mention my experience to others. I fell for these beautiful reviews and all is not well, I question the genuineness of these 5 star reviews now that I saw things from a resident's perspective. To anyone considering this property, please think it through because this property will not rethink to put you in a unit that is below par. To top it off, when you ask them to fix something, they to come in and make these clown-like repairs that are laughably bad quality, not taking into consideration that it's embarrasing to you the resident. I fell for the pretty looking property in a nice area, but I have many regrets, it is not worth the money. The pest control doesn't work either and pests get inside. The leasing persons are never in the office and always out-of-office even when they live on the property. I don't recommend it if you wish to leave at ease and without issues. Just looking at the unit and all its defects is depressing.

We absolutely love the community. The location is very peaceful and very convenient. It is surrounded by everything you want; be it shopping, restaurants, clubs, or nature. We love the house and the homely feeling it gives us.

Great Place in Plano, next to Trail and excellent community

The floor plans are spacious, including the large patios & attached garages. The grounds are beautiful & very well maintained. The staffing are the best of all, very professional & more importantly friendly & helpful. It’s like living in a single family home without the worries of maintenance.

Working with Penny during the leasing and move-in processes was an absolute delight. My experience of living here has been nothing short of excellent. The convenience of the attached garage, the cozy townhouse style, and thoughtfully designed floor plans have all contributed to making my stay truly enjoyable. The serenity of the neighborhood adds to the charm, and I can't help but appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who have made my living experience here truly exceptional.

Creekside @ Legacy has been everything I needed and more. Peaceful & clean with attached garage. Pool is always well maintained (even in winter). Staff is always friendly, professional & accommodating. Can you say, "renew lease?"

The office staff are very professional & helpful in getting you through the process of applications & I must add patient. Maintenance service is very quick, even for non-emergency needs. The grounds are kept very neat & trimmed. Neighbors are friendly helpful upon my move in. The double locks on all apartment doors that go to the outside are all working including the door that goes out to the garage! I feel real safe & cared for here.

Being older and never living in an apartment, I wasn’t sure what to expect. This experience has been wonderful. Creekside at Legacy keeps their property clean and well kept. it's nice place: 1. awesome nature surroundings (park, run/bike trail) 2. staff personnel is always nice to talk to 3. there are restaurants, groceries and medical services in walking distance also there are some flaws: 1. poor acoustic isolation (it doesn't bother a lot, but sometimes neighbors may have party when i need to sleep) 2. too much light in the night time (also affects sleep) 3. poor efficiency of HVAC systems (affects energy cost)

For the last 6 months I have had a great experience living in Creekside at Legacy. The facilities, maintenance staff and management are great. Also the location is very convenient and direct access to the Legacy Trail. I highly recommend this complex if you are considering to move in Plano.

I am very happy with my apartment at Creekside at Legacy. The floor plan is great. I have a large covered patio with a small yard; which makes it feel more like a home. Walking into my apartment from garage (which has a lot of storage)is a great convenience. The complex is very quiet. The staff is very accommodating.

For how much I pay for my apartment I would assume that it would be nicer inside.

I moved in yesterday and told the management that I had work obligations and everything needed to go smoothly. They assured me that would happen. This was the worst experience I had moving in to a place and have requested to be released from the lease. Nothing works at this place. I moved into a dirty apartment for one (that included the old appliances in the apartment), their only provider does not show up to install and the Fetch package delivery program does not deliver as directed. I would not recommend anyone for this property.

Extremely pleased with this community after two years. Very pleasant office staff. Very few maintenance issues, always taken care of same day as requested.

Quite and calm place. Nice place to live with Family. Easy access to walking trail and HEB for grocery especially if you are new to Plano.

I am very happy in my home at Creekside. I like the layout of apt, especially pleased with a garage that has so much storage and the bonus is that I have a nice patio and yard!

We have recently signed our contract with Creekside at Legacy and it already feels like home. We have been so impressed in the moving-in process and everything went very easy and super smooth, thanks to Penny and Cassy who have been such a great help and support. We have been very warmly greeted, and we enjoyed their help in literally every single step up until we moved-in. Things wouldn't have been this perfect without Penny's and Cassy's great support. and we look forward to a long term stay at Creekside.

Creekside at Legacy is an excellently located apartment community, quiet and secluded, close to lots of shopping and entertainment sites. Garages included for each apartment along with additional parking. Terrific office and maintenance staff. A variety of apartment sizes and layouts for both single tenants and families, each with fence enclosed large patios/yards or balconies.

I love living here and love everything about this community. It's well lit up even at night and there is an overall sense of safety within the community. In general the co residents have been very respectful and courteous. My maintenance issues have been always promptly addressed and resolved. Not much to complain or be dissatisfied about.

Staff is great, maintenance staff is great! The only reason I will be moving is that I got married and am combining households, otherwise I would stay here indefinitely.
