Well designed, well made, well cared for, caring staff including excellent maintenance staff. It’s a big property but it doesn’t feel like one. So close to C470 and to local shopping. We all have porches that are far superior than the ones on other rental places in the area. We are very grateful to have landed here for the last several years and hope it will be possible to continue on.

This is generally a wonderful place to live. The location, style of the homes, maintenance support could not be better. The amenities are terrific. Wonderful neighbors. The rent is getting expensive, (this year in particular). So hoping it will level off again soon as my plan is to stay. A key improvement would be better care of the landscaping in a few areas.

Ar safe, gated, friendly, and well cared for community on the Highlands Ranch golf course, with superb amenities and a great, responsive staff. Whenever I have any issues in my apartment, Drew is on top of it, no matter how large or small the issue is. Creekside at Highlands Ranch made it easy for me to move out of state and find my new home. The staff is always nice and willing to help. I am so glad I chose Creekside and I see myself staying here for a while. Its such a beautiful and quiet community. I love the floor plan I chose because it has plenty of space. I've been here at Creekside just over a month now and love it. Move in was easy and I was able to tour the apartment myself and spend as much time as I needed just sitting / envisioning myself in it before deciding to lease. I'm in an Aspen unit and it's the perfect layout and amount of space for me. It's super cozy. And oddly, it always smells really nice. No idea why but I'll take it. Wanted a top floor unit with a carpeted living room and that's exactly what I got! I love the electric fireplace. Having control of my heat and AC year round is also something I will never take for granted since my last place turned one or the other on/off during the year. My garage is detached but I don't mind the stairs/walk to the building (it's literally adjacent). My neighbors are all friendly and it's quiet here. I really wanted to live somewhere quiet and peaceful and Creekside, at least my building (can't speak for other buildings having not been in any of them) fits the bill. Unlike my last apartment location, I feel safe walking the neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Close to 470 which is great because I work in Denver. Maintenance has been fantastic. I've had a few things fixed or replaced (had a couple things fixed before I moved in; fridge door and disposal needed adjustment), my washer transmission went out and they recently brought me a brand new washer! They've responded to all my requests on the app within a day, and eveyone I've interacted with has been courteous and helpful. Manny in particular is great. I'm really glad I decided to move here!

I Love it here. The leasing staff is fantastic. They always take care of your needs, they’re friendly yet professional. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. Manny in Maintenance has been here 10+ years as well and usually comes to fix issues within 2-3 days unless it’s an emergency and he’s there within minutes. He’s extremely efficient and gets the job done. Everything is close, restaurants across the street. There’s is a train station being built 1 mile away. Thank you ALL for making this a great place to live.

Creekside at highlands ranch is a very nice community overall. The maintenance guy Manny is amazing and always works hard to fix any problems. Sadly, other residents dont clean up after their pets which is pretty disrespectful to the community considering there have been so many reminders to but other than that the community is great!

Don't believe all the good reviews. This place is utter chaos. Management efforts to delete all bad reviews, like this one will be! No rules are abided by. My husband has counted up to 11 cars that haven't moved in 6 months, some with flat tires and no plates the whole time. Handicapped spots are all taken by people without handicapped signs on their car. There's dog poop, trash and weeds everywhere. The place needs a groundskeeper to replace one of the unmotivated management staffers. If they don't actively maintain the grass then all the dog poop and pee ruins it. If management cared, they would do something about it. There's been an interim manager I've never met, seen or heard of.

Creekside@HR provided me a simple means of applying and moving in. Staff was helpful with questions and concerns through the entire move-in process. The overall apartment style and appliances are modern which is refreshing. Location/area feels safe and is conveniently located by park trails, shopping, and restaurants. Having spent time researching other apartment complexes in the area, I can say that I'm glad to have picked Creekside@HR.

Our view of the golf course and mountains beyond is the envy of all our friends. We are very pleased to be in a safe and friendly community, in a home we are pleased with, a bright sunny place, an excellent floor plan. And! We love not shoveling, having excellent maintenance providers, and fantastic amenities; the community room is the best party space around, with a great view besides. And our wonderful dog has lots of company and is more than welcome in the office When my health required us to downsize, we wondered what to do! And we found Creekside online, visited, and signed the same day!
