The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Creekside at Deer Crossings
I’ve rented my apartment for going on two years. This place does minimal upkeep on the property, has no pool, sidewalks and walkways stay filthy. I pay $75 extra a month for a backyard that hasn’t had mulch replaced since I’ve been there. Save money and rent elsewhere.
Property Manager at Creekside at Deer Crossings, Responded To This Review
Hello! We are so sorry you had this experience. We are now having the property pressure washed every 3 months and we just had this done back in July- the property is not even 2 years old. We have had new mulch installed and landscaping done recently as well. We are installing a pool this coming February 2021. Again, we apologize that you feel this way. Please contact the Property Manager Amanda Martin at amartin@volprop.net if you would like to further discuss these matters! :)
