We invite you to see for yourself why Creekside Apartments are a great place to live. We welcome VASH and Section 8 vouchers for anyone who would like to live in our brand-new community. If you are aware of a person or household who may qualify for our housing, we would appreciate your referring them to us! ***Students who are currently or have been fulltime for 5 calendar months out of the year are not qualified for leasing unless they meet one of the following: At least one household member is either a part time student or is not/will not be enrolled fulltime for more than 4 months out of the calendar year, is currently married and filing a joint tax return, has a dependent who is claimed on your taxes, currently enrolled in a Job Training Program, if you have previously been in the foster care system or if you are currently receiving TANF benefits from the state.
