Surrounded by mountains, large parks, and nature reserves, Gilman offers residents a mix of a rural mountain town with nearby city conveniences. Combined with Lake Sammamish a few miles north, outdoor hobbies like hiking, kayaking, and camping are extremely popular in Gilman. Excellent schools, preschools, and neighborhood parks create a family-friendly feel in Gilman. Gilman borders Olde Town, Issaquah’s charming downtown district. Although residents adore being close to the heart of the city’s abundant amenities, Gilman has several eclectic eateries, coffee houses, and shops. Several shopping plazas also neighbor Gilman. Interstate 90 cuts through the neighborhood acting as the main artery between Gilman and the greater Seattle area. I Love Living at Creekside!!!

I've lived here about a year now and I am renewing my lease. Abby and Ian always make sure the property is beautiful and safe, maintenance issues are handled promptly and the apartments are in good shape. Living downtown is a plus, easy to walk to the library, restaurants and trails. The guest parking is a bit sparse, but each resident gets an assigned spot, definitely a plus!! Pets are welcome. It's really a great place to live.
