Worst place ever

In all honesty, save your money. First, the manager makes excuses everytime something is broken or needs fixing. Next, the handyman has zero idea of what he is doing. He fixes things and then you’ll be calling them back to fix the same issue in 2 weeks tops! Overall, if i could give negative amount of stars I would…..DO BETTER CREEKSIDE

PROPERTY MANAGER

Diana is the worst. She does not answer phones, does not respond emails, does not send maintenance in timely manner, does not send pest control when requested, nothing. What is she doing in the office? She just does not give a care in the world and will not acknowledge you if are unhappy about it. Absolutely pathetic and a waste of my hard earned money! Who gave her a job? It's either a) whoever hired her needs a HR training or b) they may be related. I tried calling the HQ and am not able to reach a owner or someone I can talk to. So many questions I have.

Don’t move here

I am a current resident at Creekside. I am going on my third year at the complex. Up until now the rent has been cheap for a large floor-plan (1000 sq ft 1 bedroom). The complex has recently been bought out which, honestly I was not happy about because I knew the rent would go up but I was optimistic because the last owners were horrible about fixing things. The cheap rent became not worth the headache. After some minor problems with the way the new owners went about trying to raise the rent ( tried to raise the rent without giving 60 day notice, unlawful in Georgia). Should’ve been my RED FLAG however I renewed my expired lease. The area is not the best but it’s a nice point between my job and the city so I wanted to stay. Prior to my renewal I walked my apartment with the new property manager and she said basically what they would and wouldn’t fix. I agreed. At the time of my renewal we went over this again. She wrote all of it down etc. And she said she would follow up with a date for the concerns to be addressed along with cleaning the carpet in unit and resurfacing of my bathtub. She said everything was minor and could be fixed in a day which I agreed. However I explained to her that as someone who is expected to pay more , it should also be expected to receive service that mirrored the requested price. She agreed.Obviously this hasn’t been done it’s going on 3 weeks and I’m at my last resort which is writing this review. No follow up outside of when I call. I spoke with her today and she said that she would get back to me next week. It’s always the same, she has apartments to turn and she has only one maintenance man etc. Things that a property manager should know are not concerns of a tenant. The new owners have repainted outside of the buildings but they removed security gates outside of the units. I expressed to the property manager my concern with this because the doors are not thick at all. Their answer was to add a bottom lock on my door. Save yourself the headache of moving here. I will be moving, and regret resigning. I have a year left of the headache. I hope this is a more realistic review than the other strange 5 star reviews on this complex. As I said before I live here now. You will be frustrated with the service you receive from this place which seeks market based rent for less than market service. You will be paying for only the complex’s close proximity to the highway.

Look out !! Not a good place to live in

Management of Creekside apartments is one of the worst that I have ever dealt with. They lack fundamental understanding customer service. it always seems to be what is convenient for them than yours. I have been living here for 8 months and currently on the look out for a better place. I am giving maintenance service has gone downhill since I had moved in - they are always missing appointments and although commitments are made upfront to fix broken down appliances, it is very seldom the commitments are met. So far, it has been horrible experience. If you would like headache regarding apartment issues on a daily and weekly basis, you will want to move in here. You would be better off staying away from this place.
