Property Ratings at Creeks on Kirklevington
These positive reviews have to be fake. I could write a whole book on why you shouldn’t rent here, but I’ll keep it simple. The water goes out every other week. The internet shuts down for weeks at a time. When something breaks, don’t expect anyone to fix it — you’re on your own for months. Your AC will fail right when it’s the hottest, and it’ll stay broken all summer. The stairs are a safety hazard, one wrong step away from collapsing. When you move in, nothing will be ready, yet you’ll still get hit with a cleaning fee for a place that’s dirty. These are just a few reasons why renting here is a terrible idea.

The Creeks is a very well kept, clean & safe apartment complex. I’ve lived here 2 years & have gotten to know the ladies in the office & several of my neighbors. We've had neighborhood pool parties & cookouts where we all bring food. The pool has been very clean all summer. The 2 new maintenance guys do an awesome job. They are working on making a dog park as well. I would recommend to anyone

I have been living here since August of 2022. I haven’t had any major issues. The only down side is parking. There are no assigned parking spots and if you don’t get home early you’ll be parking a mile away from your unit. Over all staff and maintenance is very friendly and helpful. I love my unit and the view of the main roads.

Not the worst place to live but not the best place to live, management is lacking especially the assistant manager who’s name is Jessica. Many things are in disrepair on that property or cheaply fixed. PARKING IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE along with snow plowing in the winter. Previous management was much more effective.
I cannot come up with any complaints about this complex. They genuinely care about their residents and are always so helpful and nice. The amenities are flawless, the price is amazing and the community is great. We’ve lived here a few months and plan on staying here another year after our lease is up. We couldn’t be happier
New manegement is excellent and maintenance staff are efficient and respectful. When I put in a work order, it is taken care of in less than 24 hours. All staff members have excellent communication skills and you can tell they really care about the residents and how people feel within the community.
I just moved in a few months ago. So far I love it!! My apartment is adorable and the ladies at the office are so helpful all the time.
