Craft at Gilbert and Baseline

Super friendly community! It's also super quiet and clean we we are loving our first week here!

Craft is a book you can’t judge by it’s cover. It appears nice but under the surface is a range of different issues within your apartment and around the complex. We don’t always feel safe. The complex is hardly ever clean and the hallways of the buildings are NEVER cleaned attracting cats and other wild animals. You practically have to beg maintenance to fix certain issues, and if it’s something they’re confused about they’ll just give you an excuse as to why it can’t be fixed. The continuously rising price of the rentals are not worth the problems. I do not recommend staying here

I have lived here for over three years and love my apartment. I have had very good neighbors and the two managers have been excellent. I have only had a few small issues and Maintenance took care of them right away. The location of the complex is very good with close access to the freeway and many stores and restaurants.

Craft is a great place to live! I love the location, size of the complex and it has a nice community feel. Respectful tenants and very clean. Would highly recommend!

good so far, just be aware the stairs are quite narrow. makes moving in and bringing up large stuff quite annoying. other than that, no complaints so far.

When the gate works, and the property is clean, its a great place to live. Too many pets for me but thats how it is now, clean up after them pls

This is a great place to call your home! With a Gym, pool, club house, pet gated little playground its just great! I am going on 3 years here and all have been great!

So far, so good. Nice environment, clean and well-kept. From what I can tell it's incredibly dog friendly and everyone seems to be respectful when it comes to picking up after their fur babies . Move in process was a snap and Rosa is really helpful and nice.

I dont really like apartment living but Craft is the only place where I enjoyed living in an apartment community.

Craft is a beautifully appointed community with great floor plans. This space provided a great starting over point for me after a major life change. The tour, application, and leasing process was simple and I came home to a spotless apartment where every detail was attended to. The welcome package was thoughtful and so far all maintenance needs have been addressed promptly. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a high-quality apartment living experience.

So happy to live in a healthy mold free apartment complex!!! I've experienced severe black mold exposure at work and have dealt with moldy HVAC systems at previous condos I have rented but finally during the pandemic I moved here and got away from the toxic buildings that had been making me sick. Since being in a mold free environment, I have been able to heal my body significantly. The way the building is built is amazing with the way the water runs off of it. You can tell the architects put thought into making sure the building wasn't easily susceptible to water damage from rain. I am so very happy with our home and I love it. I couldn't be more happy. The layout is perfect. It's just the right amount of space. It also has this long closet where we can store a bunch of stuff. I also love how they included tips about mold in the lease rather than ignoring the issue altogether. This is definitely a forward thinking management company. I can't wait to decorate for the holidays as last years Christmas was ruined by having to move due to a serious mold problem. Oh, and I seriously LOVE my 3rd floor porch and the super comfy bath rub. Honestly the only complaint are the extremely obnoxious power hungry motorcyclists that are a noise pollution problem in town and the gym rats across the street that drive aggressively across the gravel with their loud trucks.

Ive always been happy living here at Craft and had been recommending this place to my friends.

It looks nice, but is poorly put together and planned. It is the "nicest" apartment I have ever lived in but not worth the money.

We have really enjoyed our year and a half here at Craft. To prove the point we just renewed our lease for another year. The staff have always been there when you needed them, with a smile... Always very informative to whats happening in the neighborhood. A real pleasant place to live.

If you are going to advertise luxury apartments, the apartments should be made with luxury materials as well as built/installed properly. Flooring has not been installed properly for the vinyl in the main space. Carpets in bedroom were also not installed properly since the carpet is bunching up everywhere for no reason. (just from generic walking around) Padding underneath carpet practically non existent. The materials used are the same quality as ones used in cheaply made facilities and lack any good quality to them. Thermostats are not even programmable which is disappointing for a community that also advertises "high-tech" features. Standard keys to enter rather than key fobs you would use in an actual high-tech community. Living on the third floor, I can hear and feel garage doors being opened and closed on the first level as if I were right above them.Community dog park does not have a poop receptacle station for disposal as well as providing bags to pick up poop. Upset to be paying for a "Luxury, High-Tech" community that is of the same quality as a Super 8 motel.

Craft Luxury apartments are in a great location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Newly built and well maintained. The Management Staff provides excellent resident support.

Craft has created a very welcoming and modern community apartment in the Gilbert/Mesa area.

So far Ive lived here for almost a week and so far my husband I love it!! Definitely love calling The Craft our home!

This Craft Community is an excellent place to live. The Craft Staff makes you feel Welcome and makes this feel like Home.

Craft has felt like home right away. Nothing not to love about the complex and the community area. 24 hour access gym and loft. Grill available always. Pool is to be finished soon. Nothing not to love here.

Beautiful place to live. The staff is absolutely amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. With this being my first time living in an apartment since the early 90s I have a lot of questions. The staff have been very patient and kind and helped me with everything that I asked. Looking forward to Craft being my home for a while.
