Property Ratings at Coyote Landing
If you like looking at garbage, and having other people's garbage end up in your driveway and yard, you could enjoy living here. Garbage practices are a big issue here. Management sends out emails but takes no action, so the entire community looks like trash. People leave their cans out in the street whether the garbage truck emptied them or not, and their overflowing contents will inevitably end up in your space. The community is also under construction. There was construction debris by the pickelball courts when I moved in - it wasn't picked up for four months. For the rent we pay, the place is very poorly cared for. There is dangerous steel rod debris on the main street now, that has been there at least a month. Amenities listed are not in place - clubhouse is not for resident use, it is now the leasing office. They are also now listing one of the units for Sale (yes, for SALE!) - and mention they are advertising in that listing that it's "Nightly Rental Approved!" We signed leases for a residential community, not a vacation rental community. There are also no options for leaving early. I have moved out. But continue to have to pay rent through December, as they will not even try to re-lease the property. Very unusual - I have moved early with other management companies, and have only paid until it was re-rented. The ac unit is right under the master bedroom - and it sounds like a plane taking off when it's running... and it's nearly always running. I'm not sure if the units were built poorly with bad insulation, but it runs nearly all the time. Makes it hard to sleep with that noise. Really disappointed in this property. For the price we pay in rent I definitely expected more.
