I been here for few weeks now. I really like here it’s my 1st apt . And I’m loving it the staff is great thank you Leslie for all your help.
I was moved into a unit with a broken washer machine. And it still hasn’t been replaced. No compensation or anything, just a note from maintenance saying sorry, and management didn’t seem worried.
It's been good since I moved in it's just the limited parking especially on weekends. Also maitinence need to step up their game on getting stuff done the right way.
Super friendly and understanding staff. Staff lives on site making life super easy. So far I’ve had some issues but were resolved with a snap of a finger thank you!
I don’t feel like the amount I pay in rent is justified with the amenities given especially with being on the third floor and dealing with scorpions on the property. I’ve had 4 encounters already with scorpions being in my home.
I like it here. I just wish the bug problem could be dealt with more effectively. The safety is always a concern. Also if the rent gets raised I'll have to leave.
I love living here. They keep the place clean. Everyone is friendly and mind the business. Maintenance fix everything fast. Everybody in the leasing office was very helpful and had great customer service. My 2 bedroom apartment is huge. I would definitely refer people to move here.
Quick move in, good specials. The only thing is apartment was terribly filthy at move in, did not get the unit as promised. Complex is pretty quiet, parking can be difficult to find, so far gate works…
Love the scenery and how calm everything is the park is such a lovely green area to take kids to. It’s very nice to just walk around the complex.

Mostly great! My only issues have been the lack of open parking for guests as well as some issues with a lack of communication regarding some updates such as the water being turned off. Sometimes the messages are after it's been turned back on and sometimes some of us don't get them. Other than that, no major issues!

Hate to only give 2 stars but from the very beginning there have been nothing but problems and it seems to only be getting worse. We are a gated community and anybody and everybody can come in the gates. We pay for amenities that we don't sign up for I pay my own Electric and I'm charged for electric. I don't have gas anywhere in my unit but I'm paying for it just like paying for water 2'xs and sewer. I was given a promotion when I moved in and then I was told it wasn't supposed to be that so they tried charging me 2 times. I could go on but morel of review is tenets are not valued, saftey doesnt matter as long as the get money then thats all that matters
It is a very quiet neighborhood! I just wish the apartment was cleaned more before move in. There was smell of smoke and an insane amount of dust everywhere. Loving the valet trash service.

It's not bad. There are, of course, areas that could use some improvement, but I've lived in worst places. The office never answers the phone or calls you back, no one who works here talks to each other, pool hours suck and the policy for having to pay for a second gate key is kinda ridiculous because essentially, if you live with someone else, unless you leave and arrive at the same time, one of you either can't get out or get back in.

This place is amazing and office people are really amazing here. There pet park, basketball court a walk path, dog poop bags they just need to refill them is all. And maintenance people need to work on there trust and actually do okay besides that’s everything oerfect I recommend coming here!!!

My experience has not been horrible, but it has not been the best either. Actually, my first two years living here were pretty good! No complaints except that maintenance never came to fix a window screen that was broken from the day I moved in. I didn't notice it right away, but when I did I put in a maintenance request to have it replaced. It was never done and the request was closed. This has happened on a few occasions with other requests. My car has been vandalized twice in the four years I've been here, but not a single time since they installed security cameras. Front desk staff is friendly enough and usually helpful. I haven't experienced any problems with them. There are 3 pools, so there's access to at least one from wherever your apartment is, but all pools are available to everyone. One thing I noticed is that they would normally email residents is the pool was closed. Unfortunately, I've found that they do not always let us know anymore.

They are nice apartments besides paying for amenities I can’t use because they close when the office close and open when the office open. The office doesn’t keep their word and only half the staff is helpful. I recommend if you need something talk to Clara and Alicia. Maintenance is getting better now that there is someone new.

The staff here have excellent customer service and Clara exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how helpful she was during this stressful time of trying to find a place to stay. The manager also has a pleasant attitude and willingness to help.

The office girls are the sweetest and very helpful! We didn’t really know the area at first but that changed by their help. The girls made us feel welcomed and now this is our home.

I’ve only been here a few days but so far, neighbors are friendly. It seems pretty quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly with a dog area also so that’s a plus.

I love coming home to a beautiful ,lush and mature landscape,it makes me feel right at home.And I love the fact there is a gym here that I can get a full body workout as well as cardio!I love living here.

The community itself is pretty good, usually quiet at night and seems safe. Maintenance doesn't actually talk to each other and getting anything repaired is a huge headache, but I've lived in worse places.

Love this place so far. Has beautiful trees, an attached park and dog park. Kitchen has more cabinets than I've ever had!! It's so quiet, sometimes I have to look outside to see if it's daytime:). Affordable rent with so many benefits. I am at peace here. Office staff was great helping me move in easily!

I love living at Sweetwater. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of green plants, quiet walking paths, and amazing views.
