Mixed feelings as of now. I’ll rate when I’m more time into the community, having a few issues but hoping for a fix soon. Amenities are excellent
The office staff are super helpful even when they are busy. Everyone is really polite and informative. The only draw back is setting up the trash and getting maintenance to come quickly
So far things have been good good. I feel like they rushed many things on the upgraded but I like the motherhood so far. Some outside things need touched up as well. Trash can area and vehicle parking spots need upgraded.
Maintenance is taking too long to fix the things that weren’t working when we moved in. Been 2 weeks since I put the work order in and nothing

Been great so far Like all the stuff they are adding. The office has been more then helpful. Only issue is the parking. The lack of parking makes it hard to have people come over.

Very clean all the time. Very quiet. The dog area is perfect. Love the plastic bags around the neighborhood for your pet. The pool is clean and the buildings are almost new

This place is amazing and office people are really amazing here. There pet park, basketball court a walk path, dog poop bags they just need to refill them is all. And maintenance people need to work on there trust and actually do okay besides that’s everything oerfect I recommend coming here!!!

My experience has not been horrible, but it has not been the best either. Actually, my first two years living here were pretty good! No complaints except that maintenance never came to fix a window screen that was broken from the day I moved in. I didn't notice it right away, but when I did I put in a maintenance request to have it replaced. It was never done and the request was closed. This has happened on a few occasions with other requests. My car has been vandalized twice in the four years I've been here, but not a single time since they installed security cameras. Front desk staff is friendly enough and usually helpful. I haven't experienced any problems with them. There are 3 pools, so there's access to at least one from wherever your apartment is, but all pools are available to everyone. One thing I noticed is that they would normally email residents is the pool was closed. Unfortunately, I've found that they do not always let us know anymore.

They are nice apartments besides paying for amenities I can’t use because they close when the office close and open when the office open. The office doesn’t keep their word and only half the staff is helpful. I recommend if you need something talk to Clara and Alicia. Maintenance is getting better now that there is someone new.

The community itself is pretty good, usually quiet at night and seems safe. Maintenance doesn't actually talk to each other and getting anything repaired is a huge headache, but I've lived in worse places.

Love this place so far. Has beautiful trees, an attached park and dog park. Kitchen has more cabinets than I've ever had!! It's so quiet, sometimes I have to look outside to see if it's daytime:). For my first apartment experience, it went very good. The lady that helped us was very helpful and nice throughout the entire experience. The whole complex is very clean and feels safe to walk around. There is even security which is a plus. Very great apartment for being the first one.

Price increase but unit outdated. Appliances old, carpet old. Not enough parking spaces. Dog poop and landscaping is out of hand. The office is more kept up then the units. No access to the gym 24/7. No regards to fixing things or replacing things in a timely matter but was the rent in a timely matter. Fire hazard on gate locks with no keys to work or remote. You call the office No answer but go to the office and their sitting next to the phone. Bathtub peeling and nails in the carpet floor to step on. Placing rugs over those areas to avoid cutting my foot. Don't move, look or consider this apts because life is hard already trying to survive and this is pure hell living here but just too expensive to move.

I don’t know if this is an apartment complex or a Day/Night club, at this point. I’ve been making noise complaints since August (emails with video proof, phone calls and in person conversations) and here we are at the end of October and nothing has change. There no reason why I should be able to hear music and feel the vibration from the music through my floor. They stated there’s a 10 day notice for the noise to stop, but how many 10 day notices can be delivered to one residence before it’s considered as a breach of the lease?
I like it here so far. No issues overall. The complex is quiet. I just wish they would do something about all the cats roaming around. They constantly bring dead birds into my patio and also give birth to their kittens in the patio. They leave such an ugly mess.
I put in a work order for my kitchen sink. The office called to say maintenance was at my apartment to work on it, but when I got home it was still clogged. I checked my portal and they had closed out the work order. I called the office and they reopened it about 5 days ago, but I have yet to have anyone from maintenance come back to my apartment. I ended up having a friend come fix my sink so I can have a functioning sink. Apparently there's a new maintenance manager so hopefully things improve, but it's not looking good so far. I currently have 4 outstanding work orders...
Love the atmosphere and vibes in this community. I feel safe and my neighbors are all so friendly. I have been here for about a month and I couldn’t be happier.

The overall unit is nice….but maintenance is terrible!!! I have had open tickets since moving in back in March!! Was told access to the gym would be better but still can only use it when the office is open.

I enjoy the property and what the property has to offer when we moved in. We had a couple issues, but it was all fixed within a week so I am grateful to say they listen to our concerns. Highly recommend this apartment complex

This is our 10 th year till 9yrs we had good experience but now this management is not at all good they don't even care the tenants .we are having very very bad experience we have lot of work orders but they don't even care they take more than six months to close the workorders . Really not liking to stay here .

Apt was not ready for move in. The floors are all stained and cut up . The apt had not been cleaned, the oven door is broken, there are black stains on a lot of the ceilings. Kitchen space is sparse, #1 bdrm walls covered in small holes, #2 bdrm ac either does not work or is not adequate for the space , #2 bathroom toilet the size of a child's. Very unhappy.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and super convenient! I particularly like the studio apartments because they are located above garages, with no neighbors living above you! The parking spot is right next to the building and easy to get to from the Main Gate or the Front Office!

My experience being a resident here is going good so far but I don’t recommend living downstairs due to many hours of stomping all night and just continuously doing it for a couple of months.

Great experience so far. The unit my family and I Have been renting has been upgraded when moving in. The park inside the apartment complex it wonderful.

If you intend on moving here, PLEASE go over all details with a fine tooth comb and stay on top of this management team during the process! The entire process and dealing with management has been a nightmare and they could care less. -6/19 I was scheduled to move in but my unit was not ready (they didn't realize it wasn't ready until 5pm move in day) -6/20 I was moved into a unit that was not ready for a new tenant(AC didn't work, incomplete ceiling fans, black mold, broken floor boards to name a few. -6/29 I turned in a 5 day emergency repair form -6/30 the assistant manager claimed that she put in a work order for my AC unit and additional repairs (black mold, ceiling fan replacement etc.) -7/8 I had maintenance. Supervisor come and walk through my apartment for my AC not working. He told me he would come out 7/9 to do rest of repairs. Never did. -7/13 they finally put in my new ac and I was told that the rest would fixed 7/14 (never happened) -I put in additional work orders at the end of July and they still have not fixed any of the issues that came with my unit. -8/25 Maintenence then CLOSED MY WORK ORDERS as being completed -They told management that a lady at my unit turned them away which is funny seeing as I'm a single male tenant -5 days later I have an eviction notice on my door for having an unauthorized occupant. When I called management they wanted nothing to do with having to explain a thing to me until I requested a copy ofpolice report and they realized they had the wrong unit. They claim utmost hospitality and lie all the time. I wouldn't have moved into this unit had I known they were just never going to come and fix it. Beware
