Mostly great! My only issues have been the lack of open parking for guests as well as some issues with a lack of communication regarding some updates such as the water being turned off. Sometimes the messages are after it's been turned back on and sometimes some of us don't get them. Other than that, no major issues!

Hate to only give 2 stars but from the very beginning there have been nothing but problems and it seems to only be getting worse. We are a gated community and anybody and everybody can come in the gates. We pay for amenities that we don't sign up for I pay my own Electric and I'm charged for electric. I don't have gas anywhere in my unit but I'm paying for it just like paying for water 2'xs and sewer. I was given a promotion when I moved in and then I was told it wasn't supposed to be that so they tried charging me 2 times. I could go on but morel of review is tenets are not valued, saftey doesnt matter as long as the get money then thats all that matters
It is a very quiet neighborhood! I just wish the apartment was cleaned more before move in. There was smell of smoke and an insane amount of dust everywhere. Loving the valet trash service.

It's not bad. There are, of course, areas that could use some improvement, but I've lived in worst places. The office never answers the phone or calls you back, no one who works here talks to each other, pool hours suck and the policy for having to pay for a second gate key is kinda ridiculous because essentially, if you live with someone else, unless you leave and arrive at the same time, one of you either can't get out or get back in.

This place is amazing and office people are really amazing here. There pet park, basketball court a walk path, dog poop bags they just need to refill them is all. And maintenance people need to work on there trust and actually do okay besides that’s everything oerfect I recommend coming here!!!

My experience has not been horrible, but it has not been the best either. Actually, my first two years living here were pretty good! No complaints except that maintenance never came to fix a window screen that was broken from the day I moved in. I didn't notice it right away, but when I did I put in a maintenance request to have it replaced. It was never done and the request was closed. This has happened on a few occasions with other requests. My car has been vandalized twice in the four years I've been here, but not a single time since they installed security cameras. Front desk staff is friendly enough and usually helpful. I haven't experienced any problems with them. There are 3 pools, so there's access to at least one from wherever your apartment is, but all pools are available to everyone. One thing I noticed is that they would normally email residents is the pool was closed. Unfortunately, I've found that they do not always let us know anymore.

They are nice apartments besides paying for amenities I can’t use because they close when the office close and open when the office open. The office doesn’t keep their word and only half the staff is helpful. I recommend if you need something talk to Clara and Alicia. Maintenance is getting better now that there is someone new.

I’ve only been here a few days but so far, neighbors are friendly. It seems pretty quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly with a dog area also so that’s a plus.

The community itself is pretty good, usually quiet at night and seems safe. Maintenance doesn't actually talk to each other and getting anything repaired is a huge headache, but I've lived in worse places.

Love this place so far. Has beautiful trees, an attached park and dog park. Kitchen has more cabinets than I've ever had!! It's so quiet, sometimes I have to look outside to see if it's daytime:). Affordable rent with so many benefits. I am at peace here. Office staff was great helping me move in easily!

For my first apartment experience, it went very good. The lady that helped us was very helpful and nice throughout the entire experience. The whole complex is very clean and feels safe to walk around. There is even security which is a plus. Very great apartment for being the first one.

Price increase but unit outdated. Appliances old, carpet old. Not enough parking spaces. Dog poop and landscaping is out of hand. The office is more kept up then the units. No access to the gym 24/7. No regards to fixing things or replacing things in a timely matter but was the rent in a timely matter. Fire hazard on gate locks with no keys to work or remote. You call the office No answer but go to the office and their sitting next to the phone. Bathtub peeling and nails in the carpet floor to step on. Placing rugs over those areas to avoid cutting my foot. Don't move, look or consider this apts because life is hard already trying to survive and this is pure hell living here but just too expensive to move.

I don’t know if this is an apartment complex or a Day/Night club, at this point. I’ve been making noise complaints since August (emails with video proof, phone calls and in person conversations) and here we are at the end of October and nothing has change. There no reason why I should be able to hear music and feel the vibration from the music through my floor. They stated there’s a 10 day notice for the noise to stop, but how many 10 day notices can be delivered to one residence before it’s considered as a breach of the lease?
I like it here so far. No issues overall. The complex is quiet. I just wish they would do something about all the cats roaming around. They constantly bring dead birds into my patio and also give birth to their kittens in the patio. They leave such an ugly mess.
I put in a work order for my kitchen sink. The office called to say maintenance was at my apartment to work on it, but when I got home it was still clogged. I checked my portal and they had closed out the work order. I called the office and they reopened it about 5 days ago, but I have yet to have anyone from maintenance come back to my apartment. I ended up having a friend come fix my sink so I can have a functioning sink. Apparently there's a new maintenance manager so hopefully things improve, but it's not looking good so far. I currently have 4 outstanding work orders...
Love the atmosphere and vibes in this community. I feel safe and my neighbors are all so friendly. I have been here for about a month and I couldn’t be happier.
