The curb entering our driveway is way too high and is damaging our vehicles. This was reported on day one, over a month ago, and nothing has been done. There has been no response by Asset Living. This has been irresponsible, hurtful, and disappointing.

My husband and I initially planned to move to Claret Village at the beginning of the year, but the cost to break our lease was high. Maria was awesome, I was able to get moved in within the week I applied. She made sure she had everything taken care of for us and the cottage home is everything I could ask for.
My son currently lives here! He is enjoying it and the manager is always available.
Love living here! It has a home feel with the apartment amenities. I have had nothing but good experiences with management and maintenance. They’re quick to respond and everyone who lives here is quick to smile and wave. Plus the location isn’t too far from any of the shopping centers or downtown!

When looking for an apartment that is affordable and the best there is, we are excited to call this place home. It’s a wonderful community with a Courtesy so it’s safe and not to mention Ms.Maria makes it feel like family. She is an amazing leasing lady. When needing things fixed or done it gets fixed within 24 hours for me. Wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home but here.

The townhouses are very nice and the community is quiet. And the manager is very friendly and helpful.
Mrs Maria, is the best leasing agent, dont lie and give you correct information. The area is quiet , and excellent neighborhood to stay. 5 star maintance crew as well, when something break its fix the same day.
I have a leak in my bathroom that is causing damage and mold! They do not care and will not fix it.
As I searched high and low for the perfect community, I stumbled across Claret Village! Immediately went for a tour, and instantly fell in love! The application process was super easy and if we had any questions Ms.Maria was super helpful! I love my new home and can’t wait to watch the community expand!
