The manager (Robin) is so helpful and courteous and funny. When you have a problem with anything she makes sure the problem was taken care of in a decent amount of time. Maintenance takes care of your work orders within 3 day's and checks back to make sure satisfied.

Everyone here is so nice. Especially Carrington. They approved us in 1 day. Very nice office but the pool and gym are small compared to how many townhouses are in this community. But We love it here. Very quiet. However it seems these townhouses were rushed to be build. There are dents and, bends in the walls and baseboards are coming away from the wall. You can tell it was built in a hurry. The concrete outside looks terrible. There is red mud all over our drive way, it could use a good pressure washing. Master closet is small.
