Property Ratings at Coventry
The rent here is too high and they have very little to no amenities. The buildings are very infested and the apartments are dated and the units have slanted floors, small washers and dryers, and overall a very mediocre place to live that is WAY too over priced for what you actually get. Management is slow and does not actually solve problems. Units clearly have been done very lazily and without care.

Living at Coventry Apartments has been an absolute nightmare. Over the course of ten days, we dealt with a severe mouse infestation, including finding a dead mouse on a trap in our apartment. Also, there was a dead mouse sitting on the trap On top of the oven and I called emergency maintenance because it was the weekend and they told me that it wasn’t an emergency how rude right? My sister and I live together and We were both uncomfortable with disposing of a rodent, and we did not have proper materials . During this time, we couldn’t cook, had to throw away food, and incurred additional expenses, all due to the mice entering through openings in the apartment’s structure. While management eventually addressed the entry point and disposed of the dead mice, it took far too long and only happened after multiple complaints. What’s worse is that this was a recurring issue. We saw mice running behind our appliances, and I was left to question whether the drains were properly sealed. Management claimed the mice entered through our disposal and offered a meager $150 credit, which hardly covered the cost of lost groceries and the stress this situation caused. If you're considering Coventry Apartments, know that you may end up living with rodents and dealing with slow, ineffective responses from management. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
This apartment is on the slightly higher end of most people’s price ranges (in my opinion), but you get INCREDIBLE management, and great amenities. In unit washer dryer, dishwasher, renovated kitchen and decent/new-ish bathrooms. The pool is wonderful for the warmer months too! Overall, you get a great bang for your buck, and I would highly recommend living here. The management really seals the deal—very kind and understanding.
I cannot get over how nice and accommodating the two managers and maintenance workers are! When I have a question or request, I never feel like I am bothering them! There is a cleaning crew that comes every week to clean the common areas of the buildings and management constantly does events for the residents! Donut Friday? Doesn’t get better!

After looking all over the Greater Milwaukee area for a place to call home, Coventry made my decision a "no brainer!" Their staff, from Management to on-site maintenance and landscapers, are incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartments are impeccably clean and feel brand new upon move-in, which is not what I found to be the norm in a complex that allows pets. I checked out Coventry Apartments on the recommendation of a friend, who has lived here with her husband for 3 years and am thrilled with my decision. Thank you for making my transition to my new home seamless and enjoyable!

The Coventry is very quiet and peaceful. I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy it. The underground garage is a big plus during the winters. It is close to a shopping center and very convenient. It is an easy commute for me to go to UWM.
I live here since 3 months. I enjoy living here. 1. Property managers are always helpful. Maintenance request is resolve in time. 2. Apartment is secured, no one can enter in the building without the keys. 3. Basement parking keeps cars warm in winters. 4. Gym equipment's are in working condition and well maintained. 5. Free wifi in Gym and community room. 6. Enjoy car wash station (wash/vaccum) in the basement. 7. Apartment is in good condition and all accessories are like new. Few Issues: 1. The school bus does not come inside the community, so my kid has to go on the main road to pick the bus. Waiting for the bus in winters is difficult to bear. No problem if you are dropping to school by car. 2. No play area for kids. 3. No tennis court (I came from florida here, and I miss it. In Florida, tennis court is normal in all communities.) 4. Indian store is at distance (7.8 miles, only problem if you are looking for Indian Store.) Will update you next on security deposit refund when leaving this community....at the end of my agreement.
I lived in the Coventry Apartments for 3 years . It was a very clean and safe place to be with many wonderful amenities. I found the office management to be hard working and caring. They always responded quickly with any request I made. Kieva and Eric were dedicated managers that truly want want is best for their tenants. The. Neighbors were thoughtful and quiet. The underground parking is convenient and safe. The pool and hot tub were always fun! The Coventry is a great place to live if you are looking near the Glendale area.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. I lived there for two years and management changed multiple times. They changed the office hours and would come in late or leave early with no notification given to the tenants which made getting packages and parking passes difficult. They wouldn't leave packages outside your apartment so you had to go to the office during hours to pick it up, which is difficult when your working. Parking passes were limited and had to be picked up on Wednesday for the weekend and the parking lot was always full. The heat was extremely expensive during the winter months, like $300 expensive because it was electric heat. When we moved out, we weren't given any move out packet, no check list for cleaning or anything. The property managers weren't around at all to walk through with us or to tell us what to do with turning in the keys. A few weeks after moving out we got a letter in regards to our security deposit...lets just say they were extremely picky!! They deducted for marks on the wall that just needed to be painted over! I'll leave it at that, but I'll never suggest anyone rent from them.
I have loved living here for the past 5 years! The buildings are always cleaned and smells good and the landscaping always looks great! The maintenance guys are so caring, and the new people in our office has been nothing but helpful with everything that I needed! I really don't think I will ever leave here and I definitely let everyone know what a great place this is in a great neighborhood!!
