I’m only just going to put a few things in here because I have so many things about why not to live here it would take up too much time. It started when they told us they had to push back the date we can move in even though it was set and I was pregnant they claimed they wanted to make sure it was clean and ready for us to move in so we gave them an extra week when we got there it was disgusting it looked like it had been abandoned for years there was bugs cobwebs dirt all over the walls carpet is gross and trash inside the vents were gross dishwasher and fridge we’re both broke washing machine leaked. I had a scare that someone was trying to break in. Found a flashlight one night by our back porch door and a open bag of random things found out it was someone stole that bag maybe trying to break in our spot. Our biggest concern was that we had wasps inside of our home almost every day for six months. Mind you I had a newborn the whole time. Management does not care it took way to long to get that taken care of and things were always just patched. The good reviews on here are most likely they give Starbucks gift cards for writing a good review. Way overpriced and you have to pay 100$ for there internet which never works. Just don’t live here.

I have lived here over 6 years and will until I move to Florida late this year. Danielle, the manager, has been excellent and always sees that any corrective action on a problem is completed in a timely manner and does not fall through the cracks so to speak. If something is going to take a few days she has followed up me know when I can expect it to be fixed. The response to repair needs has been prompt and has fixed the problems. The grounds and buildings are kept in good shape and this has been an enjoyable place to live. I like the location as it is central to grocery and drug stores as well as local dining options. I have lived here for several years and thoroughly enjoyed my time at Coventry court west apartments. Very safe and quiet community. All the neighbors have been respectful. Maintenance and the office staff are quick to respond and friendly. I would recommend Coventry court west apartments if you are wanting a safe and clean environment. You will love it!!
Pay luxury prices for low quality. No assistance office is hit or miss if open. Pool was gross, emergency maintenance never wants to show not even in Monday. Had used with toilet and plumbing said they would right ticket and come on Monday. Never did. Had to higher a handy man. Rodent issues. When locked out you have to call a lock Smith! They won't come let you in your apartment!!
From the application process all the way through my last week in the apartment, I felt more than welcome in this neighborhood. If you're a first time renter this is the place to go. The wonderful people in the office helped me to make sure that everything I needed to secure the apartment was taken care of and they even loved my dog and made her feel welcome too. The size of the apartments are nice, spacious enough to not feel cramped but not so big that they're difficult for one person to manage. Maintenance were always super helpful and respectful of my belongings the seldom times I needed them. The facility is well maintained and is in a great location that is close to great schools and suburbs and very short drive to shopping and down town. I moved in when many things were still closed and had limited operations, but the Coventry Court West team went out out of their way to safely make sure I felt like this was a place to call home. The only reason I am leaving at all is because I am moving on to a new chapter of life in a new house. I will always be grateful to have called Coventry Court West my first home.
Everything in the apartment works ok since first day, appliances,ac/heating, water, all power outlets, wifi , everything! Same goes for administrative personnel @ the office, you need something? Just ask, quickly and in a very friendly manner requests get solved. I moved from out of state to Indiana 8 months ago and I already feel @ home. Thanks much!
The apartment is completely functional, exactly what I need and everything, appliances, a/c heating unit, water power sources all work with zero inconveniences incl. wifi and cable tv. All help I have ever needed from the administration, has been resolved immediately and very friendly manner. I moved to FtWayne 8 months ago and here I already feel @ home. Thanks much!
I lived at this property for 3 years with my kids. Staff was always super friendly. Maintenance requests were handled in timely manner. Property was maintained and kept up with which made it easy to call home. Kids loved the pool area. Regular carpet cleaning in the entry ways! Lawn service was also kept up with. In the winter months, sidewalks were shoveled and salted in a timely manner as well as plows coming through the parking lots. Super close to shopping and food! Overall, not anything I would complain about!
I had a very enjoyable experience at Coventry Court West. Very friendly staff always willing to help when and where they can. Any time I had an issue in my place, maintenance showed up in a timely manner. Upon moving in, my apartment was very clean and up to date.
We lived at Coventry Court West for 2 years prior to purchasing a home. The complex is a safe, convenient, clean, and quiet place to live that is very affordable, especially in comparison to other complexes that also have in-unit washer and dryer and pool amenities. We loved the office staff! They are always friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance staff was always able to respond to requests within a few days and the emergency maintenance crew was quick to respond, even in the evenings and weekends. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes in the FW area, Coventry Court West provided the best experience while also remaining budget friendly.
The apartment is true to the pictures and 3D tour! We love our new home. We saw it online and have wanted it for a while and we got lucky enough to get in so quick! The office ladies are the sweetest girls i’ve ever met and they take care of any and every problem we have! Never had a problem with maintenance or anything. They’ve always been polite and timely! This is our last place before we buy a home and we are grateful for Coventry Court West
1st gave away unit I applied for then Promised remodeled unit & New everything for upgrade fee. Wasn't true! It was dirty. Maintenance never did a proper job on what was replaced. Items not up to code. You pay water, sewage, trash and they never show up to do repairs. Get excuses. Property trash laying around, for weeks including alcohol bottles and cans. Dog pop. Hall way always dirty and smelly. They did very little and charge luxury apartment prices. Oh... my front door locks did work or keep door shut. Had to pay someone to fix since I waited month and just got excuses. Location was the only perk
It's a nice quiet place to live but you're basically forced into their WiFi and cable because no one else will service here. The parking is ok but if you move into a townhouse in front of the covered parking spots you're more than likely not going to have a spot right in front of your house. The model they show you is nicer than your actual townhouse but you can request the changes. The office ladies are really nice and helpful. But the owner seems really cheap and you'll never hear from him even if you have a problem
I lived here for 2 and a half years during grad school and I could not have asked for a better experience. My apartment had great amenities for an even better price. The office staff are all lovely people and they were always pleasant to work with. Any time I had an issue in my apartment the staff worked hard and fast to complete the task (usually within the next 2 days). Overall, great experience and I will be sad to leave Coventry Court West.
I lived here for two years during graduate school. My apartment was nicely updated. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone moving to Fort Wayne.
Very nice place to call home. My son lived there for two years and would be there longer except he is moving to a different state. Pleasant staff to work with to solve your issues. I really would recommend these homes to anyone. Pets are welcomed as well.
My husband and I have lived here for just about 2 1/2 years and have had an overall very good experience. Pluses for us are space- it's great having 2 full baths and good sized bedrooms as we've had 2 babies since moving in. The location is great, it's so easy to make quick work of running errands. Also, the staff is nice and know us by name when we go to pick up a package or something like that. Very friendly and neighborly. They have been super accommodating as we've had to extend our lease a couple of times due to issues with buying our first home. We've never had an issue with anything breaking down and for the most part, the complex is quiet and feels very safe. However, we've had a couple of noisy neighbors above us at times (playing VERY loud music, stomping, dog barking, we could even hear one guy singing a lot). While the apartment is good sized, the kitchen is very tiny! We can't open the oven and the dishwasher at the same time- and we have to move our trash can around depending on which appliance we are trying to use. The dining room is huge- so it's kind of weird that you get big space to eat your food but no space to cook it! The other big negative would be we got what seems one of the last apartments yet to be updated. We lived here 2 years with the old windows and sliding door that were AWFUL in the winter before just recently getting really nice new ones. I wish we would have asked to have those replaced like everyone else's but we didn't think to ask. The carpet is old and dingy- but that goes for every apartment we've ever lived in. The master bath has updated cabinets but the 2nd bath and kitchen don't. The snow removal is ok- except we live in the very back part of the complex and from what we can tell our area looks to get plowed the least. I would recommend living here if you want something affordable, clean, and family friendly in a good location! One suggestion: We moved here from Oregon and would love to see the complex get a recycling service!! It's so weird filling up the dumpsters with so much stuff that could be recycled.
Off & on I have had the pleasure of living here about 7-8 years at different times ! I really love the location ! And the security! You need a key to get into your individual building . And another to enter your Apt . Not that security is a big factor because the whole time I was there , not once did I ever have , or hear of any crimes committed there ! That was very important to me ! The apts are very fair priced for what you get & the location . Always enjoyed a lot of times at the pool ! It’s always clean ! And the staff has always taken very good care of me whenever I needed it . They are very friendly, personable, & professional. I have & will continue to highly recommend Coventry Court West to people looking in that area . I would also recommend spending the little bit of extra money for a carport also . Well worth it ! I’ve also taken advantage of the free golf that comes with living there . The only reason I left was to move downtown. . If I ever go back Southwest to an apt , it will again be Coventry Court West !
Lived there two years before moving because I grew out of my apartment, but the amazing women in office and maintenance workers are very respectable and work with you when needed! On top of that, it's location is very convenient! Definitely, recommend to anyone looking for a place.
The apartments are really spacious and at a very convenient rate! Besides the price and space, these apartments are super close to grocery stores, gas stations, and a strip mall! I used to go walking on the weekends just to shop around or go get a few groceries. Also, the ladies in the club house are always super nice and attentive to our needs, and maintenance usually solved any issues in no more than a week. Besides this, they have good walking sidewalks and green areas for puppies! It is a good place to live.

My boyfriend and I have enjoyed living here. The women who work in the office are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance has attended to our needs typically in less than 24 hours. We had a great rate for a two bedroom, two bath. We were able to extend our lease after two years to two months beyond the lease without any extra fees due to house hunting. Super convenient to grocery stores, shopping, etc.! Would highly recommend, especially if you want easy access to Jefferson Pointe.
This was a good place to live. The maintenance staff fixed stuff within 48 hours, the office ladies are great, and the neighbors were pretty quiet. They looked like they were met renovated as well. The only downfall is that once you do your initial year lease, they require a whole new year lease instead of going month to month like a lot of other apartments.
Had a great time staying at coventry court west. The staff here is very friendly and cooperative, the apartment was clean when we got it and were very welcoming. The place is very spacious, great place to stay with a family! Safety was never an issue, they have a good buzzing system to get into the building. The environment was clean.
Pretty nice apartments newer appliances in the buildings. Pretty quiet enviroment for the most part I never had too bad of neighrbors. Bathrooms in the 1 bedrooms are very spacious with nice wood finished cabinets. Do a pretty good job keeping up on removing trash from the ground to keep the community look good. Extra security with guest being able to have to be buzzed in. The only downside is parking can get tight sometimes esp on the weekends
Horrible non-assigned parking unless you opt for over-priced carports. LOW-speed internet and THEIR non-hd cable. They constantly tout "fiber optic" service, sure to the leasing office and then horribly speed capped (upload is nearly non-existent), overpriced and tied to their lousy in-house cable tv service from last century! Pay for EVERYTHING water,sewage, garbage on top of rent AND your own gas and electric.
