The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Coventry Apartments
I have lived here for 19 yrs. In February the complex was bought by a new management company. This company is not renewing anyone’s leases so they can remodel and raise the rent. I can’t afford the new rent. So after 19 yrs of no late payments, no complaints I have to move
I rented from them for 4 months bad drug problem dogs running of leashes diffrent rules for different tenants dont rent from them!!!!
The landlord is childish, and he assistant is her puppet. Very rude to me and my neighbors so we all got out of there. They also have a neighborhood snitch that sells drugs but you could breath wrong and she telling landlord. Don’t waste your money.
