Located in the central eastern part of the state of Wisconsin, Fond du Lac is situated at the bottom of Lake Winnebago, about 73 miles northeast of the state capital of Madison and roughly 67 miles northwest of Milwaukee. Its name means “bottom of the lake” in French, though the locals often affectionately call it "Fondy." Fond du Lac is filled with many great small neighborhoods surrounded by the rolling hillsides and farms of the state's vast farming region. Property Ratings at COURTYARD APARTMENTS
Busybody neighbors, the property manager doesn’t get back to you. It’s cheap when you want to save money, but definitely at a cost of it not feeling the safest. Updates to the unit are cheap. Not sure how so many bugs get into the apartment when the windows are fully closed and you haven’t left for the day. Only recommend due to the price point.
The managers took the time to help me out. They were very helpful and understanding. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Would definitely recommend. :)
these are clean apartments with good amenities, the managers aren't very friendly but it's affordable and nice to have a pool
