Maintenance lock Second time my front door lock has been looked at and they have done nothing. It still sometines sticks. Should not have to shake the door to lock it. Hard to lock and unlock at times, nothing has changed.

Snow Snow removal was a complete joke. Other complexs had good removal. Not here

Disappointing and Frustrating Snow removal leave something to be desired. Horrible job. Now it's all ice. Very difficult to walk to your car if it's in a carport. Even worse is trying to walk to the dumpster with your trash without falling. Any work done by maintenance is substandard. Same goes with the contractors used. You get what you pay for. It's obvious the residents are not deemed worthy of having things done right. Once again, as stated before, it's management's view that as long at the occupancy rate is up, and the rent checks keep coming in, everything is fine.

Maintenance Done on Sept 25th There were multiple items that needed fixing/replacing. All were done successfully. There was even an extra fix to the front door knob that wasn't intially listed. Great JOB !

The maintenance crew here does a great job. They're quick to respond, follow up, and finish the job.
This will be my second year living here and we have had no major issues. We have the highland floorplan, 2bed 2bath. I love it because the kitchen looks a lot nicer than many other apartments I have looked at and the bedrooms are larger. We are on the ground floor and we really only hear the upstairs people when their toddler is running around or if we are in the bathroom and we can hear their music playing in their bathroom. Don't really hear conversations. Because I've heard so many horror stories about other apartments we will be staying here until we can afford a house. The only reason I would move would be if there was somewhere cheaper or for somewhere that allowed pets but its not worth the risk of moving from a place I'm happy in. I feel safe here and walking through the complex.
My love my apartment location and back yeard view! A few changes on the inside would be nice. I still have florescent lights to light my kitchen. I have the fake wood flooring and fake wood cabinets in the kitchen as well. I am taller than my refrigerator and im only 5 foot 4 inches. Haha. The bathroom is good but it definitely needs a tub upgrade! I love to take baths and relax but the tub is not compatable for that. Way too small!! I would love for the inside to match the outside!!!
