The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Courts of the Fountains
You'll hear everything your neighbors says, and get all their cooking/bathroom smells through the common ducts. When it's not a super loud TV below, it's the guy next door being totally drunk and having a fight with his wife!! There is no privacy, and you have to keep all your blinds shut all the time. In summer you cannot leave your windows open without getting all the cigarettes smells!!. The airco are very old, noisy, and high energy consuming. The parking overflows all the time and you cannot get to your car without stepping in 2 inches of water. Finally, BEWARE, the neighborhood has become unsafe, and there have been some breakings in lately!!
I stayed here for a year and a half and it was horrible first of all they have roaches and every time I told the office about it they sent the bug guy into the apartment and wouldn’t spray! Only put traps down this happened multiple times they just kept saying they were coming from the basement Secondly the apartments are ridiculously hot all the time I had to keep the heat off in the winter because I felt like I was dying of a heat stroke and In the summer the ac would freeze from keeping it on so much because of how ridiculously hot it was! Maintenance is a joke I don’t know how many times I asked for things to be fixed in the apartment and the guy would never come and when I went back to the office she acted like she didn’t know what was going on! Lots of flooding so expect to be woken up in the middle of the night asking for your car to be moved
I emailed this property requesting some additional information about the property, and noone ever got back to me, which is unprofessional...
The pictures are nice and it is a good website. It is unfortunate they did not have an apartment available matching my need.
