Entiendo que quieran controlar el estacionamiento, pero la nueva regla de un carro por persona es demasiado estricta y no considera casos reales como el mío. Mi esposo y yo tenemos cada uno su carro, y él tiene otro adicional para trabajar, todos a nuestro nombre. Ahora, con esta política, no sabremos qué hacer con ese vehículo. No es justo cambiar las reglas de repente mientras aún tenemos un contrato vigente. Nosotros vivimos aquí, pagamos aquí, este es nuestro hogar. Pedimos comprensión y flexibilidad — hay espacio suficiente para que sean dos carros por persona y también se pueden habilitar más lugares para visitantes. Si otros residentes están pasando por lo mismo, por favor hablen, comenten, y apoyen para que podamos ser escuchados. Los de las oficinas vienen haser su trabajao y se van, NOSOTROS NOS QUEDAMOS AQUI, VIVIMOS AQUI, PAGAMOS AQUI.

They offer little to no visitor parking and they will tow cars. This makes it completely unfeasible for tenants to have friends over which makes this apartment complex more of a storage container.
Me gusta vivir aqui la experiencia a sido muy buena y los de la oficina son muy profesionales. Especialmente Yara ha sido muy amable y me ha ayudado en todo. Recomiendo este sitio para vivir es tranquilo y lo encuentro seguro ademas tienes todo cerca. Es excelente.
Courtney Cove was a wonderful place to live 4 years ago when I moved in, currently it has declined drastically and would not recommend it to any family or friends to live at!!
I was excited to move back near the stadium. The staff was nothing less than amazing. My unit looked exactly as the virtual model showed. Looking forward to the new year.
The apartment is perfect size for me. Jeanie made the move easy and hassle free. I love all the cozy features of the apartment. I feel like I will fit right into the community.
Just moved to Courtney Cove from out of state and was completely satisfied with everything. Jeanie was very helpful and made the move stress free.
Jeanie was the best. Got us moved in so quickly. Pandemic makes communication with leasing office more difficult. Parking can be better but not terrible given the pandemics circumstances. Home Security is nice.
Courtney Cove is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in in my life! The office staff NEVER answer the phone, and the move-in process was extremely confusing. I still dont have a parking pass after four months and dont think Ill ever get one. The only way to load the laundry card is with $5 bills in between 3-4pm on weekdays. If you have A JOB, keep this in consideration as there is also NO in-unit washer/ dryer hookups. Overall save your time and money and live somewhere else!

The front Office staff is very helpful, and has been since the beginning. They get back to you in a very timely manner, most of the time quicker than you even expect. I have had a few things that have needed to be fixed, normal things, and every time I call even if its after hours and its an emergency situation it always gets the attention it needs. I have lived at Courtney Cove for a month. I had a few problems with bugs and squirrels which the office have taken care of immediately. I am really impressed how fast the front office resolve issues. My apartment prior did not resolve issues in a timely manner and I was afraid I would have that same experience. I love the staff and the apartments are nice especially for the price and size. The alarm system is awesome!!! When I was first informed about the alarm system I thought it was unnecessary but boy was I wrong. The outside of the building is nice and clean!! Also we are getting new roofs!!!
Our apartment faces the liquor store, and we have called the police at least 5 times since moving in because of noise, yelling, and music in the middle of the night. The last call was to report a threat of gun violence heard from the liquor store. There is no barrier separating the liquor store and the apartment complex. No one picks up their dog's poop so we constantly step in it. They try to keep the grounds clean otherwise. Most of our service requests are reported as "resolved" before anyone actually addresses the issue. There is occasionally a language barrier which makes it difficult to communicate services needed. Currently, my service request to have the humidity in the apartment fixed (it has been at 70% humidity or above the last 2 months) has not been resolved, although it is marked resolved in the resident portal. Staff and maintenance report that there is not a problem. Staff in the leasing office is always cordial. I enjoy living here because it is centrally located in Tampa, the staff is nice, and the apartment is good for the price. I do not recommend if you want a quiet home, or if you need service requests addressed in a timely manner.
they do a great job at selling you the apartment, but they do not explain to you everything. I leased over 3-4 months ago and by the first week i already had a leak in a 1st floor apartment, the leak was coming from the apartment BEHIND mine; good chance I still did not have my furniture in because it would've been damaged. Second leak from a wall happened the other day and it took more than 72 hours for management to reply to my email, (still have not fixed the problem. The duck infestation is absurd. there is duck defecate on the sidewalk and on apartments front door as well, more than most of the time, the surroundings are not clean, there is unpicked pet defecate for weeks in a roll. I wont recommend living here to anyone.
Worst experience ever! We applied for an apartment and they called us the next day to tell us that they had made a mistake with the price in the application and that the rate would be higher. Then they told us that they would give us the refund for the application fees but the apartment had been rented to another person who paid the higher price. Then, we talked to the manager and she told us that they had legal issues and the apartment wouldn’t be ready for another 3 months to rent it. Now we are still waiting for the refund and they say they don’t know when we will get our money back!! Don’t waste your time applying for an apartment here, they just want to steal your money and lie to your face!
Courtney Cove is the worst apartment to live located here in Tampa FL. No parking space, employees are very rude and disrespectful and they have no sense of caring for there tenants safety. I woke up one morning and found my car with one wheel nut. I form a complaint to the office and they told me they can't do anything about it. And next thing you cannot have any visitor over because Courtney Cove and Autopros Towing are working together and they will tow your friend relative etc vehicle. I don't recommend anyone to come here to live. THE WORST EVER APARTMENT TO LIVE
DO NOT RENT HERE ! These apartment change management yearly. They give parking stickers to park your car safely yet ALLOW a tow truck to come nightly and remove multiple cars from the residence without warning. More then 10 people I know have had their vehicles removed and charged $450 in tow charges for no reason at all. All cars are given stickers of "Abandoned" regularly on Friday Nights and if you don't notice due to the weekend they are GONE before you head to work MONDAY Morning! This Place has done a complete 360 from how nice it was 3 years back. Management doesn't even care, they don't require the tow company to ask to tow, its TOW ON SIGHT and they steal your Tag's, My Plate has been stole 3 times in the time I've lived here. "By tow company I Presume" For reason to tow as missing Tag !!! Gym was closed for a Year for Renovations and Now it has 3 machines and never available. (New key cost $50 each). Rent is Raised Yearly by Extreme amounts. Maintenance will ruin your personal belongings and say they don't cover Personal Property. You must have your own insurance that also Doesn't cover personal property, if not damaged due to catastrophes. They damaged my computer, TV, leather chair, everything. Such Carelessness. Only 2 in every 8 washers actually work.
Never a problem in 4 years. Very convenient location for shopping, banking and dining. Diverse mostly respectful neighbors. Helpful staff. Repairs always done in reasonable time. There is also ongoing renovations to update apartments. Love it.
The apartments are great on the outside, the front area of the apartments are beautiful.....but i think the inside could use a little TLC like pest control, and having to get the air condtioner fixed 3 times, they put alot of effort into changing the parking policies instead of the important things in my opinion. Not the great but its not terrible, i would rate averge
The staff here is phenomenal and the apartment, although older, has been completely renovated and is beautiful. I love this place and it is reasonably priced!! The only draw back is the fitness center is brand new and only accessible during the day. I happen to work a 9-5 job so it is not really convenient. I love to work out so hope this changes very soon!
