This city is home to Wheaton College, and colleges and universities surround the city -- College of DuPage, Midwestern University, Benedictine University, and North Central College are all minutes away. For commuters, Wheaton is just 26 miles west of Downtown Chicago, and the Metra provides a car-free commuting solution.
Wheaton is a terrific suburban city with several landmarks. The Grand Theater, build in 1925, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Town Square Shopping Center provides an outdoor venue filled with shops and restaurants, and the Cosley Zoo is a great (and free for Wheaton Park District residents) place to spend time, especially with kids. Dating back to 1891, the DuPage County Historical Museum provides a gallery, a library room, and an auditorium.

Allison, Danielle, Kurt are very accessible and attentive in responding to questions. The complex is very well maintained. Visitors are impressed by the living environment and complimentary of the facilities. The shower head pressure was low in one bathroom. When I told Allison about it, she said I’m submitting the request to maintenance to review. Kurt called, and the water pressure was resolved and improved with 24-hours. Fabulous support by the management team.

This is best apartment choice in all of Wheaton, Glen Ellyn and Winfield. They are head and shoulders above any other complex, new or long-established. Once you rent here you will not want to live anywhere else. A perfect 10.

Courthouse square is an idyllic example of exclusive seclusion right in the middle of downtown Wheaton. The units are large and clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is ideal for shopping, dining, or catching the train into the city. Nowhere else in town even comes close.

Courthouse Square is as private or as community-inclusive as one wants the apartment living experience to be. A mixture of both seems perfect to us! Neighbors are polite and friendly, especially those who love their canine companions. People are respectful and friendly, also positive in attitude with myriad daily encounters as paths cross in elevator, garage, halls and social areas. The building has a warm and friendly glow to it--both outside and inside! Everyone seems to agree that we are very fortunate to have the best Management and Maintenance Teams possible! The building, grounds and apartments are impeccably maintained and kept looking beautiful and clean. The corridors and common spaces are cheerful, stylish and inviting. The bright light and open air provided by lovely doors and windows keep the ambiance uplifting. The social and community shared amenities are unusually inviting: a fabulous Great Room and Kitchen for entertaining family and friends beyond one's apartment, a lovely patio with tables, fire pit and two excellent grills overlooking the pretty pond and swimming pool beyond. The fitness room has a quality collection of machines and video instruction available in bright and airy rooms with a view. Corridors are wide and apartments well-spaced. Decor is tasteful, cheerful and impeccably clean. The Garage area with assigned parking is safe, clean and totally convenient. We have always lived in large homes on large properties, but thoroughly enjoy our new life as renters who can close the door and travel with no worries.

Courthouse Square is a great community located I. Downtown Wheaton. The building is so well maintained. The personnel are super responsive and very friendly. Love the layout of the apartment so much light in every room! Great storage also.

Living here is truly luxury living! For 3.5 years we have enjoyed living here and havent experienced any real issues. Our d/w went out once and it was immediately resolved. Trevor and his team our first class professionals... spoiling us with excellence 24/7!
