Being the county seat of Harford, Bel Air is a hub of commercial and community activity for the surrounding area. Though only 40 minutes northeast of Baltimore on Route 1, residents don’t have to travel beyond town for shopping and conveniences.
The community consists of the Harford Mall and numerous historic buildings such as the Harford National Bank and Bel Air Courthouse. Harford Community College is nearby, just minutes from Bel Air apartments. Its downtown area consists of local eateries and bars, plus the Independent Brewing Company – a great place for a pint!
Locals enjoy spending afternoons at Aquila Scott Park, or conquering the six-mile trail at Ma and Pa trail. Bel Air is one of the state’s 24 designated arts and entertainment districts. The city hosts many concerts, annual events, and is dotted with art galleries. Bel Air combines a warm and welcoming community with flourishing commercial districts, scenic park vistas, and pleasant residential neighborhoods.

I lived at Belcove for about 2 years, and had the best experience. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. Margaret is the best, and was so kind to me and my dog - it made Belcove Place feel like home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking in the area.
Chrissy has made living at Belcove Place such as pleasure. She is always eager to help me when I need help with my rental portal. If you are looking for a friendly place to live, Belcove Place it the place to call home.
Chrissy is the best!! Everytime, anytime she is there to help me. I am so not computer oriented so when ever I need to do any Belcove computer stuff. She is my go-to person. she is so helpful and patient. She has become my go-to best friend at Belcove !!!
I am a Disabled Veteran of the U.S. Army. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I moved into Belcove Place (formerly Country Village) at the end of 2019. The management and maintenance staff have been beyond considerate. I especially want to thank Chrissy and Margaret for their graciousness and kindness during my most difficult times. Their efforts have contributed to creating a wonderful sense of community at Belcove Place. It is a great place to reside in.

This has been the best property I have ever lived at. Chrissy is beyond patient, reasonable and professional. The property keeps up with landscaping, maintenance, and temperament of its Tenants !

Margaret was very easy to work with and in constant communication with me about the moving process. There ere two tiny things I wanted taken care in the apartment and they were immediately fixed. Great place to live, nice gym, pretty area, good management.

Random people came in the apartment that appeared to be management with their shoes and took photos of all the rooms. There’s loud construction weekend mornings outside. They had workers in our apartment for 4 weeks straight from 9-5 with little notice and when you have a remote job this is a nightmare. very inconsiderate company

The best part about this place are the ladies in the front office. They are truly professional and will help out as much as they can. But since country village got replaced with belcove place. The whole place has went downhill. Constant water being shut off. Changing rules everyday. Can’t even park in front of your building anymore. They constantly send threatening emails about being fined for the smallest of things.The list could go on and on. The apartments itself are very nice if you have an updated place, and location is amazing, but besides that. I wouldn’t recommend this place now since it’s not country village anymore.

1. Application process could be more streamlined and less complicated. People at the leasing office are okay but don't respond to emails until a day or two after. Had multiple mix ups with the pricing and ended up paying more in rent than originally agreed. Need to be more organized and give better information to applicants. 2. Washer/Dryer unit didn't even work on the move in date. Was told to use the community laundry and I only got one use with the card they gave me. So I had wet clothes and no way to dry them. Then my new washer/dryer unit comes and guess what... it wasn't installed properly. As I write this my washer is leaking out water all over the carpet. 3. My neighbors on the floor above me make noise sporadically throughout the night, even around 0400. They sound like they move furniture across the entire living room every few hours. Probably not a good place to have babies or toddlers due to noise, at least in my unit. 4. The community gym has a couple machines that I'm not sure work and has subpar cleaning wipes. 5. A lot of litter outside along with dog owners not picking up after their dogs. In summary, the apartment itself isn't that bad, but the 5 factors I have listed above (specifically the first 3) are big significant enough reasons to give this a bad review.

The unit was gorgeous the ladies in the office are so welcoming. Definitely renewed my lease for another year . BEAUTIFUL RENOVATIONS 5 star property.

I have lived in this unit for about 7 months and I can't wait for my lease to be up. There are mushrooms growing in the bedroom because of water getting into the unit through a cracked foundation. A maintenance guy information me. Management will not do anything about it. I have contacted them multiple times. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
