Property Ratings at Country View Apartments

Not all that
No garbage disposal. Appliances are older and are not efficient. Air Conditioner in front room only. Hot as heck in remaining of dwelling. Water is not included with rent. Is extra on top of rent. Supposed to give 24 hour posting notice before entering your apartment - but they do not consistently and randomly you could have 2-3 people walking through your apartment. Also multiple keys work in the locks on the apartment doors apparently. Yeah. I would give it a 1. If you have an apartment at the back of the building Noisy thanks to the Concrete place - really loud. Hot water runs out quickly - so no need to try to take a hot bath. Not happening. New Manager - doesn't return calls. Or answer the phone. If you call the number on their Resident Services line, it sounds like a fax machine. Or you will get a busy signal. Have not ever gotten through.
