Property Ratings at Country Meadows Apartments
Recently came under new ownership by a big corporation called Bender Mangement LLC and this place has taken a sharp nosedive. Rent was increased, staff randomly enters apartments without prior notice and maintenance requests either take forever or are downright ignored. When they took over, a bunch of staff and residents including myself left because of how bad it got. Country Meadows used to be a great place to live but is now showing all the signs of yet another profits over residents enterprise.
I just moved in and I wanted something close to work and I got it it's a 1 BR nice size great neighborhood great ppl not far from the mall at all 2 minute drive. Great places to dine in and out and a Cheese Factory is about to open at the mall that's life love it.
My boyfriend and I have been living here for 2 years, out of all the apartments I have had in madison this one is my favorite. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I feel a very good sense of community within the complex. Super pet friendly! Highly recommend.
I'm really looking forward to an studio or an efficiency for rent. Trying to move on from having roommates! Need my own private Space to build more character for myself being! I really think I can do it here with Country Meadows! I like the atmosphere there!
I love my apartment beautiful landscape when you enter the parking lot. Quiet no hanging out in the parking lot or the hallways.the entry door is kept closed/locked.the hallways are kept clean.the apartment is very nice and everything is working inside.the office staff is very helpful and informative .neighbors in the building are polite and friendly and getting approved for the apartment was a smooth sailing and just love where im living.
Their apartments seem to go fast and they offer a pool, two tennis courts, services such as watering your plants when you're on vacation, feeding a pet, coin exchange for the on site laundry machines, packages can be delivered to the on site offices. However if you are planing on moving out, they become less willing to help you and their mood towards you changes noticeably. Even if you have fixed up the apartment to leave it looking better than when you moved in and payed your rent weeks to a month ahead of when it's due? They also have a bad habit of calling and calling you to keep confirming your move out date even after you signed the release and texted them when you are moving out. The harassment on their part had had left a bitter taste in my mouth and has left two of my friends rethinking looking into the place. With all the work I have done to fix the apartment up. I hope I would have any trouble getting every penny of my security deposit back. Time will tell. Good luck to you if you do decide to go with them.
I really like living here. The staff is great, found an apartment for me that is just what I wanted. They also take concerns and comments seriously and the maintenance gets done very fast.
