These units are located in the Country Meadows Development off of the North Crossing and Jeffers Rd on the north side of Eau Claire. These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an eight-plex apartment building located off the North Crossing and Jeffers Road in Eau Claire. Rent includes lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. Rent starts at $850 per month with a signed, 12-month lease. We do offer a six-month lease option for an additional $50 per month. The security deposit also is $850. Gas/electric utilities are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages between $80 and $150 per month. In the winter, we provide expected high-end averages of about $175 per month. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy. Water/sewer utilities also are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $25 per person per month. Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the City of Eau Claire. We pay the water bill and send copies to tenants to be reimbursed. We request that the received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check. These are smoke-free properties. There is no smoking within 25ft of the buildings.
