Country Meadows Apartments

Hello this is place is ridiculous won’t let me have any pets.Other people have pets in this complex. This is not fair to others who can’t have pets but they have pets in this place

The apartment complex appears beautiful when you take a first glance. The apartment staff are rude and have no customer service. The phones are always off requiring the need to communicate in person for issues that arise. I have had multiple issues where the air conditioning has broken in the middle of summer taking a week and a half for them to fix it, the has been a leak in the ceiling from the upstairs neighbors that the staff nonchalantly addressed while being rude and disrespectful. The staff constantly makes excuses to snoop in your apartment. The neighbors are disrespectful and rude. They blast their music whenever they want, throw soda out their windows leaving stains on my windows on the outside, and stomp around ignoring anyone and everyone around you; moreover, the parking is horrible. The number of out of state cars taking up parking spots is horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I wish I could give zero star, this place is overpriced for bottom of the barrel units and service you receive. Stay away plus office staff are very RUDE!!! Don’t expect maintenance to come on time either, worst experience in my whole rental experiences. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere, you can get so much more for about the same price. Plus they have mice issues, and be prepared to hear every single movement your neighbors make . you’ve been warned.

Close to my job, close to everything i need and its a good county (howard county).

Living at Country Meadows Apartments has been a great experience. Its maintenance team, staff, amenities, and outdoor activities are what I found the most attractive, welcoming, and useful. Do you often come home very late at night like I do? If so, you don't have to worry about your safety, as I have done it countless times and I have never been robbed nor felt threatened by anyone. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a "nice home" nestled between DC and Baltimore.

I have only been at the complex for less than a month but so far, I am very pleased with the complex, especially for the price. It's quiet, maintenance is very responsive and the employees are very helpful. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious and it is very convenient being able to wash clothes in the unit. No complaints!

I am impressed with my apartment, and living in a quiet community. I have visited several apartments in the surrounding neighborhoods not many don't compared to here. Some of the other apartments were not as clean as this one. I noticed teenagers hanging on the premises during the day. Many of the apartments had nice decorations on display, but lacked neatness inside the apartment. If you are looking for a quiet clean apartment to live inside/outside. i recommend Country Meadows.

The complex is nice. I have had never any issues. Lived here for 2 plus years. Lots of kids so for the kid friendly renter. Pros: lots of space, plenty of parking, and a friendly staff to support. Cons: One way access in and out so snowy days are rough. Also walls and windows are thin so some noise can be heard. Floors can be creaky. .

One thing I like most about the community is how clean and well kept it is. The management office is very receptive and are here to help whenever needed.

great apartment. apartment is very spacious and clan. the staffs at country meadows apartment are what you will describe as the best as they respond to everything in a timely manner. great parking at all times, well equiped fitness centre etc. i must say it is a great place to call home.

There has not been a time when I have called for an issue that I was not helped quickly. I'm glad I live in a place where the maintenance staff and the office workers are quick to help. This place is great.

I've only been at Country Meadows for a month, and I've already fallen in love. Not to sound cliché, but the service has been very accommodating, and my neighbors aren't annoying... at all! I'm glad I chose to settle here because I don't think I would experience the helpfulness from the staff here than anywhere else... and that came in handy starting my first day. I had issues unlocking my door with my key, and the staff jumped to my rescue, replaced my key and ensured everything else was operational all within, like, 10 minutes. I was impressed with the staff, and I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't recommend Country Meadows to a friend, coworker or stranger. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE living here!! The property is well kept, you get amazing space for what you pay (spacious kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and even a beautiful balcony!) I'm so happy we decided to move here! I totally recommend it.

Country Meadows has the best of both ..suburb living and the convenience of city living ..great location ..a lot of space,great staff,and great neighbors!

Country Meadows is great!! Grounds are clean, neighbors are nice, staff is great, price is decent and apartments are spacious. You can't really find all of this for an affordable price tag. I'm happy to be apart of the Country Meadows community.

I've been a resident for 2 years and I absolutely love living hear. Quiet, peaceful community with very nice people. The leasing consultants are friendly and they make sure all problems are taken care of. Great experience.

I've lived at Country Meadows for going on 6 years and I have enjoyed it. The closets and kitchen areas are spacious. I have a top floor apartment so I hear no noises from neighbors. It's very quiet but I've heard this varies depending on which building you reside in (as it does in any complex). The washer/dryer in the unit is a super convenient and one of the reasons I wanted to move here. Overall the place is nice. Maintenance is always fast about making repairs completing them the same day or the next day. The grounds are kept neat and clean. Never had any issues with bugs or rodents. I have a non-renovated apartment but you have the option to get your place renovated (I haven't because I just don't want to pay more). Rent increases each year are comparable to other apartments in the area. It's definitely cheaper to take the increase than try and more somewhere new in the same area. This apartment is located in Howard County which puts you in an excellent public school district if you have kids. The location is central to DC and Baltimore - about 25 minutes to each city. The only complaints are that I wouldn't describe this community as luxury and you see printed on the banner at the entrance of the community. It's nice but not luxurious. Also being able to pay your rent online would be very helpful.

We have lived here for a year and the area is nice and quiet. There are a lot of families that live in this apartment complex, which makes you feel at home. The management is also very friendly and answer any questions that you may have. The property is kept very clean and they manage the landscaping very often. The apartments are very nice, and the luxury of having two full baths is a plus. The area where the apartments are located is in a central position for groceries and anything else that you might need on a day to day basis. Easy access to the 95 is also good, off of the 32 or the 198. We really enjoy living here.

As a resident her for the past 6 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to live in a 1, 2 and 1 bedroom family room unit at this complex. It is by far one of the best kept gems between Baltimore and DC for the price. Conveniently located- 25 minutes from DC or Baltimore. The complex is well kept and maintained year round and the staff here is always looking to make improvements. The units are spacious with full size washers, dryers and patios. You pay electric and cable on your own all other utilities are included. The rents are competitive and actually better than so many other locations based on the amount of space you get for your dollar, trust me I have shopped the area. The complex offers- tot lots, plenty of parking, tennis court, pool, car washing, gym, sauna and pool on site. There is little to no crime and county police are very responsive if ever needed. The mark train and plenty of shopping and restaurants are near by. It is like living in the country ( peaceful and quiet). The majority of tenants are working professionals for the Military, school system and Federal Government. All unit s are well maintained a service is a moment away when needed. I can honestly say that every time that I called, someone came within 30 minutes or less- and when they could not get here they call you and give you an ETA. The staff in the club house are always responsive. Especially the property manager Ms. Bobbie. The Howard County school system is A rated. I highly recommend this community for its touch of country within a city. You won't be disappointed- every year when my lease comes up for renewal I check the area for better opportunities and have not found one yet. Comfort of peace and tranquility nestled just minutes from the hustle and bustle.

As you know you pay for what you get. As a resident here for the past 6 years I have never had a bad experience with the service level, quality and responsiveness of the staff of Country Meadows. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The grounds are well cared for and the staff listens to the members of the community, on issues of safety, noise and compliance. The development is conveniently located half way between DC and Baltimore and 95 is close by. There are plenty of schools and parks in the area. It is considered Howard County, so police are very responsive as well. The complex includes access to plenty of parking, pool, gym, sauna, fitness center, tennis, tot lots and car washing on site. I really love the location because it is far enough away but close enough to many attractions as well. Ms. Bobbie the property manager is a sweetheart but she does not play either. Follow the rules of the complex and your all set. I highly recommend this development to all.
