Located in the central eastern part of the state of Wisconsin, Fond du Lac is situated at the bottom of Lake Winnebago, about 73 miles northeast of the state capital of Madison and roughly 67 miles northwest of Milwaukee. Its name means “bottom of the lake” in French, though the locals often affectionately call it "Fondy." Fond du Lac is filled with many great small neighborhoods surrounded by the rolling hillsides and farms of the state's vast farming region. It's a great area to raise a family, either in town or in the more rural surrounding areas. The community also provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, cultural events and great food.

Property Ratings at COUNTRY CREEK
Horrible management and poor quality apartments! Management is rude and never in the office, doesn’t answer the phone and takes days to return a voicemail. The maintenance guy doesn’t know what he’s doing and takes forever to respond to a maintenance request! The apartments itself were built cheaply and very wrong. My unit has an electrical problem, and the maintenance refuses to do anything about it. My unit and the ones around mine have ridiculous amount of stress fractures in the structure, which they just fill in with puddy and paint over.Rent is too much for these apartments! I do not recommend.
Property Management company does not allow mid-month move outs, however no documentation is given at time of lease signing or in paperwork. Many other properties offer comparable features and rent rates. Go rent somewhere else, where the Property Management is upfront with policies and regulations.
Country Creek is a great place to rent! Quiet, well-maintained, and affordable. The apartments are spacious and have great appliances. The office staff is efficient and friendly. If you are looking for a place to rent in Fond du Lac, this place comes highly recommended.
Very nice place, and affordable. This is a spacious apartment that will cost you less than similar size apartments in the area that are not as nice! Quiet - never hear any noise from the apartments or outside. Great value.
Lived in the apartments for a year prior to moving into a new home. Do not have a single complaint. Office staff are readily accessible and quick to check out maintenance requests. Our apartment was clean, the appliances were just like new. The private entrance and attached garage give you a home type feeling. We hardly ever heard any neighbor noise. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
I've lived here for over 2 years and would definitely recommend. Almost no noise heard from my neighbors except for garage doors, which was very important to me. The grounds are nice and upkept. A very safe feeling complex for a single girl to live. I do wish there was some sort of amenities like a pool/exercise room, but the nice new apartments make up for that.
