Occupying the northernmost section of Escondido, the large North Broadway neighborhood is primarily a residential community that connects the cityscape to the rugged surrounding countryside. Property Ratings at Country Club Villas
My husband and I have lived here for alittle over 7 months now. We had looked at quite a few places before finding the country club villas. Martha and Cindy were such a big help when it came time to moving in and have been a pleasure to work with since then. We really like how clean and well kept it the grounds are. The people around the complex are always so friendly. The maintenance people are quick with requests; the few times that we’ve had to put request for minor things to be fixed they’ve been fixed within a couple hours to the following day. Lastly, we really liked that there isn’t monthly pet rent (we have two cats). Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here thus far.
I enjoyed living here until it came time to leave. I admit that I broke my lease early, I discussed options for someone to take over my lease. Martha did not return calls to anyone that inquired and said it was not her problem to get my apartment re-leased. I referred 6 people to her and she refused to cooperate. Now I am being told that she gets to hold my apartment at the bottom of the list until she "feels like renting it out". She did not respond to my phone calls and stated because I didn't rent there any longer she didn't have to respond. She is not a person of her word as she told me to have potential leasers contact her directly. When I gave her names of people who had called the office she called me a liar. I had someone who wanted to pay out the remainder of my lease to take the apartment and she refused to work with them. Do not trust this woman. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!!!
I have lived here about 18 years. Very nice apartments manger-maintenance group and owner very pleasant and helpful. Constantly up- grading grounds and exterior of buildings. Easy location to reach shopping close to freeway entrance. Allows dogs and cats has location for pick up bags for dropping. Enforced clean up after walking dogs. Very good weather, San Diego many interesting amusement parks near. Has children. I enjoy the peaceful surrounding and helpful management. Has places set up for grilling and tables for picnic. PLACE IS IN NEED OF LANDSCAPE RENEW, THEY HAVE NO MAINTANECE WORKERS, INSIDE ITS BAD, KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE HOLES EVERYWHERE WORST OF ALL MICE IN PATIO STORAGE....GROSS!!!
Management is extremely helpful and friendly, fix any issues very quickly!! This property is secluded,gated and road to get here,only comes to here...if you love trees,they are here,love rabbits, they are here ,even resident peacock:). .pool nicely kept,laundry room very nice...
