This place is not maintained cars are stolen, vandalized, parts removed. The management doesn’t maintain the property. It takes a long time for simple repairs. They are dishonest. The place has an Oder of dog poop and weed, the apartments get water damaged, leaks in the bathroom roof or bugs they don’t resolve it most people have mold as there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. It takes a lot of effort from the tenants to resolve issues. Trust me don’t move here

Hello, we are saddened to see this review and believe this review may be for another community with a similar name, as it truly does not reflect the typical experience at CCV&T. Although no place is free of crime, we have very, very few incidents of cars being stolen, vandalized or parts removed. There have been no such complaints recently. In addition, our community is very well maintained by management and our maintenance team works hard every day to address any concerns. In addition, we are a pet-friendly community, but smoke-free and do not typically have complaints about pet waste or smoke smells. If you do live at our community and believe you have mold or pest concerns, you should contact the office immediately as we take these concerns very seriously and will address them promptly.
For the last several years I've made Country Club Villas and Terrace my home. Location, Location, Location!!! It's nestled between Upland Hills Golf Course and The Colonies, adjacent to a walking path and at the bottom of the flood control channel from the water basin. Local shopping is close by and easy access to the 210 freeway. It is in the Upland School District. The property is maintained and residents are friendly, for the most part quiet. Plenty of wildlife that travel through and some stay year round. Coyote, cat, squirrel, rabbit, and it's not uncommon to see geese and goslings in the jacuzzis and ducks frolicking in the pool. There is a workout room, two pools, 5 jacuzzi's scattered throughout (noisy pump systems and more noticeable at night), and 2 car washing spaces with a spicket. Leases are offered to new residents only, when the lease is up it goes month to month with no option to renew. Rent increases have been twice a year with the most recent being an additional $150 per month. The current management company and office climate is troubling and lacking in integrity. There are no children play areas, no designated dog areas, no grill or picnic area, no clubhouse, no business center, no media center, no gathering room or area, no game area, no car charging area, and guest parking is challenging. The units have stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerators, garage laundry, central air & heat, patio's, no walk-in closets, and no laundry rooms.

Just as in life, things happen. Same goes for your apartment. . When you are a renter, you must rely on the management to respond quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue. Hopefully, it is also done with care and concern for you and you time and circumstances. I have to say in the six years that I have lived here, I have received excellent care and service! I can not say enough good things about the office staff and maintenance employees. Their response to issues or requests is professional, friendly, and timely. But what sets them apart is that they work with you and your situation and time schedule, when possible. When a business gives you what they promise, it is customer service . When they go the extra mile to assure that you are taken care of and valued, it is excellent customer service. Country Club Villas and Terrace provides excellent customer service!!!

I lived at Country Club Villas and now the Terraces for over 22 years. I have enjoyed everyday living here. There is so much to do in the neighborhood and surrounding area. The management is great! If you have a repair, the guys get to it right away. I am going to really miss this community whenever I decide to move.

I've only lived here for a couple of months now, and I'm in love! The area is so calm and peaceful, the place is beautiful and spacious. We love the amenities and how sweet management is. It also doesn't hurt that we have a lovely view of the golf course right in front of us. Very cozy little community, highly recommend! :)

I have rented for over twenty years and have never had a problem once, until I moved here. These are by far the most expensive "luxury" apartments in Upland. The problem is you don't get the service from Management that goes along with it. We've had repair requests that have gone unattended to for over a month or have never been fixed, the parking situation is ridiculous, if you try and go to the office over any concern you might have, you will be treated as some kind of burden by the office staff.
They rent single residences to multiple families, the parking is horrible and the Manager is on a power trip. If you call with a problem they might get around to it, but probably not.. Worst place I've rented in my whole life. And if you have kids, stay away. You will get a complaint every time you child makes a noise. Not a kid friendly place at all.

I have lived in 2 different apartments here, the 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom, continuously for the last 7 years. I have never found the office staff to be rude on the contrary, they have always done their best to accomodate me. In regards to having kids here, I have 2 and have only had complaints when it was warranted. There have been many times when people were too loud late at night (after 11:00 on a weeknight) and it woke my kids up who had to be at school the next day when I called the office to see about asking them to be thoughtful. There have been times when kids were running all over the place at night and were difficult to see or they would run right out in front of the car or behind it when I'd be pulling out, that I called as the parents were no where to be seen. My kids are older now with one in the Air Force so late night revelers bother me more than them but I still enjoy living here. Love Ladina and Rayanne, they're the best!
