I came in today to tour a unit and was very happy with my experience I was guided in the right direction and given all the information needed I will be submitting my application also have great prices !

Hi this is George and I recently rented a apartment from here and I am 78 and I love it here I feel Safe no problems or anything! I recommend this place to everyone. When we have a need, they get it taken care of.

Country Club Apartments is a great apartment community that is affordable living in the city of Indianapolis. County Club Apartments has made great strides in recent years dedicated to improvement.

Everyone was so helpful and wonderful and respectful and best customer service I have had I do recommend this apartment to everybody.

I am in love with my new apartment. The staff are amazing. My move in was so smooth because they did all of the work. My apartment is so close to everything. I am minutes away from Fountain Square and Downtown Indy. My new apartment feels so cozy like the home I have always wanted. The property is so cleaned and well maintained. It is like a upscale apartment community with out the price. I would recommend these apartments to all of my friends and family.

Hope you like roaches because this place is FILTHY. Neighbors are awful too and can't clean up after themselves or their pets. There's also no outlets in the bathroom?? Stay away.

Office unprofessional. They will give you the run around until they don’t want to deal with you anymore. I move here DEC. 2020 since we moved here I killed at least 8 -10 mice in my apartment. Even when ask then do do something about it they did nothing came patch a few holes ( horribly) which did nothing mice still running around, so then the office tells me there is nothing they can do because its field mice. Roaches been here since we moved in. And roaches live in the walls so they come out whenever they feel. I’ve enjoyed my time here but they way it’s set up Issa no for me

I have lived here for 2 years and love it ! From the fantastic office staff, Diana B, Sarah, Amilia and Jess, to the maintenance staff, I have never had anything but positive results. Apt is decent size and well maintained. All in all, a great experience

This actually isn’t a bad place to live, the rent is reasonable and you don’t really hear your neighbors through the walls. The neighborhood is quiet and only 10 minutes from circle square. Pretty easy place to live. I like my apartment down down at the end of the complex, right by the dumpsters and super simple to take the trash out!

I had read bad and good reviews about this property but I decided to give it a try and called here. I needed to move out of my parent's house to be on my own and I was very nervous about getting my own place, but when I called here I felt that I can trust Jessy because she was so sweet over the phone. I had called other apartments but they did not seem interested in me at all. I felt like they were rushing to hang up on me which I didn't feel comfortable with. I finally came here and how I felt welcomed by not only Jessy but also by the rest of the staff convinced me that this was the place for me. I have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

I really like the property, the staff and maintenance. I have rented at other properties and had emergency repairs needed that took weeks for them to get repaired but not here. The staff here is very nice. The last property I lived in did not keep up with the lawn which made the property look like it was abandoned. I called in repairs needed at the last property and they never got repaired at all. Not here. They keep up with that. Here I can actually talk to the manager and get things taken care of so I'm very happy. The previous property seemed to hide the manager from me and kept telling me she wasn't available ever. So I'm very happy to live here.

I've lived here for almost year now and they are amazing. Office staff is so friendly and always willing to help. Maintainance is always on top of things and gets my work order done asap. Going to definitely renew my lease.

Scheduled an appointment to view a studio apartment with Sarah. Take the day off of work and drive a long way to view, told not any studios available and that none or any 1 bedrooms would not be available until mid October. Would not recommend.

The office & Maintenance staff are great! The property always looks well maintained. I love that it is close to Downtown Indy yet still close to all the shops in Greenwood!

The office ladies are so pleasant and professional. I haven't had any trouble getting work orders taken care of in a timely manner. As with any complex with so many people, it is not without occasional neighbor drama, but nothing outside of what I would expect living anywhere in/near the city. Generally quiet and pleasant.

I recently moved in and Kareta was a great help!! Everytime I've had an issue they came right away and fixed it. No complaints here. Thank you to the office for all your help

I recently moved into Country Club Apartments for my first apartment. I had many questions. The office staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions min a very timely manner. Plus they have a dog park for my fur baby. What more could you ask for!?!

I lived in a two bedroom in Country Club for one year, and it was my first ever apartment after moving out of my parent's house, and it was an AMAZING place to start living on my own! The place was renovated and clean when I moved in, and Sharon and Lori were especially helpful with any concerns I had. My neighbors and I all knew eachother and talked frequently to make sure I felt safe living alone as a 20-year-old girl. Maintenance made sure any problems were taken care of as quickly as was possible and were available any time I needed them - because I did have to call the 24 hour maintenance line one time and it only took Otto 15 minutes to get there from his house to fix my problem! The shared laundry facility is kept clean and the hallways and stairs in the apartment buildings themselves are cleaned often by maintenance. Overall I think these apartments are great to live in and a great price for how nice the apartment is! If I worked closer to them I would be renewing my lease for sure!

I'm proud to have called Country Club home for the past 3 years. The office staff is amazing, warm and friendly, and has always treated me like family. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional, is always quick to see to any issues, and has always done an amazingly throrugh and efficient job.

I am thankful for having such a family like staff members that take pride in keeping our home tidy and quiet. I love my surrounding neighbors for, they are always making sure we are all safe.

Have lived here almost a year, going to sign another lease. Office staff is wonderful, maintenance is great. Don’t have any issues and location is awesome!! Walking distance to most places and bus line right here as well.

I lived here for a year and was scared to check my mail or even walk my dog to the park. Creepy men and drug dealers always lurking around and trying to talk to you. Also the unit they show you looks nothing like the run down tiny apartments they actually offer. When I got my keys and walked into my apartment the first day I was almost in tears because I could tell I made a huge mistake. Bugs were all on the floors and in the bathroom there was so much mold and rust it was like they didn’t even try to clean it up for me. Also there was a disgusting smell in the bathroom for the ENTIRE year I lived there and I eventually learned after I moved out it was MOLD causing the smell.

Country Club is awesome. Having lived here for over a year now I can definitely say I would re sign another lease. The staff, the community, other residents, location, and price.. you can't beat it!

I am a college student who shared a bathroom with 20 other girls. HATED IT!!!! I love having MY OWN APARTMENT. The office staff was great in helping me through the process. I have met some great new friend and would stay here for ever!

After reading reviews online I was skeptical. But honestly the price was great and the location was close to school. So I checked them out and actually the staff was pretty nice and the apartment was fine. Ive lived here for like 3 months now and no problems. And bonus....Im like pretty close to downtown....so when my boyfriend came to hang out before school started we could check out the zoo and some concerts like just 10 min from here.

I have had an excellent experience at Country Club so far. There were a few maintenance issues when I moved in, but they were quickly taken care of. I love how close my home is to my job in downtown Indy. I also love how many options for stores and restaurants there are so close to my home.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of Seth at the Leasing office. Because of a sudden job situation we had to urgently find an apartment, and sign the paperwork on an evening close to the office closing time. Since we were from out of town, it would have been very inconvenient for us to come back the next day to do the initial application. Moreover, it took us a LONG time to get cashier's check needed for the application that evening. Seth was very patient & helpful. LATER on the move-in day, we were again scrambling to get a cashier's check on a late evening. On BOTH those evenings, Seth patiently waited for us WAY PAST his office closing time, and smilingly guided us along the way to help make our move smoother.

I’ve lived here for about a year now. The place is fine, nothing more or less than what I expect from the price. Some of the office staff are sometimes out of it and inefficient (moving in was a nightmare) but other times they are fine and helpful. As long as they actually manage to put your maintenance request into the system the maintenance staff comes and fixes things within a day or two. My heat didn’t work so well at first but I got it fixed within a day. Studio is pretty roomy, but make sure to bring your own storage shelves/boxes etc. as there’s not much storage. I got an “updated” unit for the price of a standard thanks to the move-in mixups, and hardwood floor is nice I guess (I really wouldn’t care if I had carpet) but scratches, many layers of painted and repainted molding, and bizarre inconsistent ceiling paint job certainly don’t make it look or feel “updated” (so I would say it’s not worth it to pay extra for an updated unit). Grounds are nice and so is fitness center and dog park. Laundry card system is annoying though. Hallways also smell weird sometimes, I imagine the no smoking indoors rule is not always being enforced, but I haven’t brought it up to management yet. Best perk is being so close to so many restaurants (mostly fast food, but also a couple sit-down ones, plus the only Cici’s in Indiana), right next to a Kroger and Aldi, a Gamestop (huge plus for me), Dollar Tree, the IMAX, and still only a 20 minute drive from downtown. Also paying rent online is super nice.

I've been here for a few months and I love my apartment! I have a remodeled apartment and it looks great. I have had many friends compliment it when they visit. The moving process went really smooth thanks to the office staff. I have had two small maintenance issues, and they were addresses quickly and professionally. I am definitely impressed by this apartment complex!!

I have lived at Country Club for about two years now, and I love it!! The location could not be better. It is so close to all of the interstates and which is very convenient for me since I travel a lot for work. The community it very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors I have met, have always been very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends or family!

Roomy, remodeled, new kitchen. Resident accommodating. Great rec facility, great dog park on grounds. We moved in Nov. Glad we did!

Went on a visit to see an apartment. There were upset tenants in the office about the living conditions and when I went to see the apartment their were dead roaches in the tub of one of the newer apartments they showed me. Apartment was decent looking though.

infested with cockroaches (infested is an understatement...), staff is beyond rude, they will lose your rent money order and then conveniently find it when you bring in the receipt, and THEY LITERALLY GIVE GIFT CARDS OUT FOR GOOD REVIEWS ON SITES LIKE THIS. which is why im here, to balance out the fake good reviews because these are the worst apartments ive ever lived in by a long shot.

Just moved in a few weeks ago and Wendy has helpful as can be. The apartment location is perfect because we are close to the dog park for my dog and close to the laundry facility and work out gym. Thank you very much Jeremy Geer

This property is quiet,safe and family friendly! When we moved in the leasing agent that helped us was Rosa. She is wonderful and so helpful! She got helped us find the apartment we like and made the process very fast and easy. I would def recommend this property! They also offer great specials!

I got a job and needed to move quick. I was moved in within the week and all of the staff was responsive to fix the dings left by previous renters! They saved me from a long commute!

I've lived here for about 4 months so far it's a quiet neighborhood the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments look wonderful and the location is great close to downtown and plenty of stores down the street. I have no complaints so far I'm sure they'll keep up the good work.
