Property Ratings at Country Club Apartments
This place is an absolute dump! Roaches and all insects freely roam throughout the apartments. When we moved in we provided a list of repairs and we absolutely ignored. Office manager Lisa is extremely rude and condescending!
My husband and I have had the worst experience dealing with the staff here! Besides the run down conditions of this property we can’t even get proper repairs or extermination. This has been a nightmare!
So I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the first year it was pretty good, this past year has been terrible. Our AC has been broken all summer we have put in 3 service requests that all got marked as “complete” not even 12 hours after putting in the request. I have a ring doorbell and can see that nobody has came to even look. We’ve had like 4 property managers in the past year and can never get in contact with anyone. AC runs all day and is constantly 80 degrees in my apartment, my power bill is outrageous. Also the hallway lights have gone out snd haven’t been repaired and there’s bugs literally everywhere in the hallways (wasp bee and paper wasp nest everywhere) I just don’t recommend and cannot wait to move out.
New management is really rude old management cared. New management does not care about the people living there. They don’t care about your problems like your smoke alarm not working. Hear gunshots out the window Atleast once a week. 0% chance I renew my lease.
Very understanding and considerate to help any family through trouble or issues. Had a great experience living here!

I have lived here for several years. It is a great complex. It is quiet, close to shopping and the interstate. It has great views of the water and wildlife. The property manger is fantastic, he is always smiling and a pleasure to talk to.
I enjoy the property out here. It is always quiet and peaceful out here and the neighbors are very friendly. The water view is fantastic with all kinds of egrets, eagles, herons, ducks and other waterfowl flying around. There is plenty of parking, is well-lit and maintenance is very helpful and attentive to your needs. I would recommend living here to anyone interested. Barry
I have lived here for 2 years it quiet and close to work.
The apartment is nice, as far as high ceilings, washer & dryer, balcony, but I think it's the things the apartment doesn't have that make it not a great apartment. I would love it if it had a fitness room.
